THIS BANK HAS GONE TO FAR !THEY ARE LITERALLY ROBBING CONSUMERS BLIND! I had an overdraft fee of 15.00 turn into 234.00 dollars all in a matter of 5 days.WHEN I TOOK THE 15 DOLLARS INTO THE BANK FROM KEEPING MY ACCOUNT IN THE NEGATIVE i WAS TOLD BY A POORLY SKILLED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IN ACCESS OF $234.00 TO BRING MY ACCOUNT OUT OF THE NEGATIVE . I was contacted by a rep.(Chris) who advised they had a buyer for my Cancun timeshare, wh was offering $23K. I advised that was well below what I wanted. The following day Chris called and said they had done another appraisal and what do you know, they came up with the $38K that I had shared was my price! That day Chris exlained that I was to sign a contract for $995. and AMG would handle everything else, and I should expect to get my $$ in 60 days, 120 at the worst. I paid about 150 into this card to even get it. They then also charged 19.00 every month as a maintenance fee.
I was NEVER late.
I always paid the WHOLE balance due each month.
And they just sent a letter stating they are closing it. I called they said they had the right at any time. I said do you have the right after 5 mos to take all that money you asked for to set it up, you just up'ed my credit limit 2 weeks ago, and now you say you can't give me a reason?
DO not sign up for this card. They will take your money and they will close you after a few months w/o any reason. read full review »

Everything said in Lindseynyc's complaint is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH. The same thing happened to us. He tells everyone the same thing - puppies to be born in two weeks, ultrasound, etc. It is all completely false. And, he will never return your deposit after telling you that it will be in the mail "next week." I couldn't wait to receive my Dirt Devil Carpet Shampooer. I received it Friday and Sunday starting using it by cleaning my two hallways but didn't go any further as I wasn't happy with the results. I had a Bissell Heat Pro that had quit but I had been happy with it until I started having trouble with it after around 5 years. I ordered flowers from Petals in Bloom in the amount of $45.58. On 10-4-08, Petals in Bloom charged my credit card an additional $445.58. My credit card company put a fraud alert on the charge and temporarily credited the $445.58 back to me. On August 7, 2009, we took our Toyota Corolla to Midas Pikesville for an oil change and asked them to look into oil leak problems that we were having. They did the oil change and reported they couldnt tell what the problem was since the engine needed to be cleaned. I was unhappy with thier product and they gave me a return number and I sent hte product back on 5/28/2009, I was told it would take three to four weeks for the credit to post. I called in June and was told they see the refund request and to allow them a few more weeks to post, called again in july, August and twice this month, all with the same story, to allow them time to process the refund, and they would submit another request.

I then emailed to PayPal who received my payment by credit card. But PayPal was just as bad, they did not reply ! !
