I have received numerous phone calls to my house and my family members homes that i dont even know their numbers. On August 6, 20009 a bottle of Nature Pure arrived. I had to go to the post office to pick it up so I knew they did that to track the shipment. This company claimed I set up an account with them (I didn't) ordered a product (I didn't) and then charged me for it. I never recieved the product, and was charged almost $80 for it. They refused to reverse the charges and suggested I wait to recieve the product. They gave me a tracking number for the us postal service and when I checked that number it said it was delievered. So my husband and I missed one payment due to their negligence. We changed banks and sent them the billing information and told them to repull the money owed on the third because they couldn't reverse it on the first. Called Beacon Plumbing and they arrived about 9 am - replaced the water valve and internal tank parts - secured another toilet by replacing the seal. They were here approximately one hour. Received a call from credit protection service on the phone, hostile call which he demanded money in the form of credit card to settle a debt with comcast. I hired TRS over 3 years ago and they have yet to have my case resolved. I paid $5, 000 to have an Offer in Compromise submitted (that's already .25 cents on the dollar). They accepted payments over a 10 month period, but did no work at all until the entire amount was paid. My case has now been in appeals process with IRS since October of 2008. I think the best thing about restaurants is the service you received. After being told that the restaurant would hold our food, we returned to find out that they had thrown it away. We spoke to the manager to explain what had occurred and he basically said I am sorry we do not hold food. Even after we spoke with several waitress and they said they would. For a buffet the selection was not very large. What was there was not very good. The food wasn't the worse part though. The employees wore flip flops and no uniform of any kind. One man was wearing tight short shorts with his flip flops. The same man was wiping the sweat off his head and then refilling the food. My car was towed by this company, I paid them $45.00 to get my items back. After getting the car at manhain my car's reverse (transmission) didn't work. I have proof that the ford focus was working fine before they took it. My husband call them and the lady that answer the phone said someone will call back, We are still waiting for them to call back.
