I hired TRS over 3 years ago and they have yet to have my case resolved. I paid $5, 000 to have an Offer in Compromise submitted (that's already .25 cents on the dollar). They accepted payments over a 10 month period, but did no work at all until the entire amount was paid. My case has now been in appeals process with IRS since October of 2008. I think the best thing about restaurants is the service you received. After being told that the restaurant would hold our food, we returned to find out that they had thrown it away. For a buffet the selection was not very large. What was there was not very good. The food wasn't the worse part though. The employees wore flip flops and no uniform of any kind. One man was wearing tight short shorts with his flip flops. The same man was wiping the sweat off his head and then refilling the food. My wife went to the Greeley store on 35th avenue on 8/6/09 to purchase the USDA Choice Boneless Half Ribeye that was advertised in an ad distributed on 8/5/09. Puget Homes Corporation built our home with horrible quality and has a very poor warranty repair process. Even after we filed a formal repair request that was under warranty, Puget Homes tried to weasel out of doing meaningful repairs. Requested to have a vintage coke machine shipped. Machine was wrapped in padding, cardboard & plastic wrapped. Told the DHX the item needs to be shipped upright and is fragile. When it arrived it laying flat on a pallet with MULTIPLE damage from the forklift and from stacking items on it.. DHX offered $35.00 for damages that amounted to hundreds of dollars.
