Problem #1: We had signed up for DSL Internet Service in 2-09. AT&T agreed to give us a $50.00 rebate for the modem. We had to call them 3 times and wait 3 months for the rebate. Each time I called they claimed that they did not know anything about it. Problem #2: When we had signed up for the DSL Internet service in 2/09, it was for a 1 year contract for $14.99/month. Canceled this product 3 times spoke to agent 5306 the first time, agent 0102 the second and agent 243 the third time. The company seems to have changed there name to netalab.com. In December I purchased a water system from a local dealer who finances with American Finco/CIT Bank. Originally the finance charge was 19.99% 2 months later it went up to 21.99%. "Free Trail" for the product does not allow you to cancel further shipments. Does not have a working customer service center, but an anserwing machine that does not return calls. I work at a small business and receive at least one phone call from this company daily. When I asked to be removed from the list, the girl hung up on me. When I called back again, they hung upo as soon as I asked to be removed from the list. This happened three times in a row. Finally, I asked to speak with an agent and once I was put through the gentelman informed me they were an answering service and he would take our name off the list. This company made several accounting errors on our account and refuses to give us the refund the owner, LeAnn Wilborn promised. If you deal with this company and they make a inventory or accounting mistake it seems to mean, "Too Bad", you will only get an internal credit. I suggest Valley View Tube informs their customers of their intentions when it comes to refunds or credits. Place something on your website, let your customers know.
