I have stained many wooden items and never had a problem with staining. I contacted the company to verify which stain to use; washed and scrubbed the old deck as requested. Spent all summer staining the old and the new deck. Last winter I watched it all peel off. When I contacted them; I was told I should have primed the wood. Our condo association has been embezzled by Van Witz Real Estate and the Palos Hills police say it is a civil matter even when they haev multiple complaints about embezzlement. We purchased the 4000 series of the AquaSurge dishwasher in January of 2009. It has never gotten my dishes on the top row clean without leaving food residue and that is with using a rinse agent. For last 5 weeks AHS (American Home Shield) and the sub-contractor (United Air Temp) have been tiring to fix my Central A/C unit and so far the issue has not been resolved. My shipment was received at the refinery on june 23, 2009 and was prossed on june 23, 2009 and I have to yet to either receive my check or my items back. The refinery is in opalaka Florida. Our AC went out so we called our home warranty, American Home Shield. They contracted with Rite-a-way services. They called us and said they'd be out the next day.
