Ok, so I wish I found this website before I ordered. I was in need of an enery boost and weight loss product, so I stumbled on thie website where the lady lost 30 pounds by using 2 different products. I ordered the 30 free trail of each for $3.95. I ordered 4 bras on 6/5/09 and paid for them by credit card. I have called several times to check when they will be shipped. Several times that I called I was unable to speak to anyone as the call when directly to voicemail and the voicemail box was full so I could not leave a message. Three times I did speak to customer service and was told that the bras would ship the next day by USPS Priority and that I would have them in 2-3 days. CFI has put a number of accidents on my DAC Report and have not bothered to differentiate between the accident where I was at fault and the four others that were not. Avoid this scam like the plague. Their game is to include an automatic renewal billing clause which is easy to overlook. A year later, you get billed for another $100 when there is nothing else to see. I went to the bank to pay my bills. Just to learn I was $300.00 short.I received a print out and myself and the banker saw that Powersale and GrantPro had taken money from my account.I was told to turn them in to the police for stealing my credit card number.I also reported them to the better business buerau. I D Sentinental Alert has been deducting $21.95 per month from my credit cart account for at least 3-1/2 years. That is a minimum of $921.90 that they owe me. I have never signed up for their service and would like for them to show me proof that I did. However, there is no information on my credit card bill to determine how to contact them to have this service stopped (if there is a service) and to get a refund. None of their employees have a direct phone line (either a branch phone number or a toll-free number), so it's hard to get a hold of anyone who would properly help me and have access to my account.
