I have applyied for a loan modification with GUARDIAN SERVICES GROUP since Januray of 2008. I got a tow from cities towing and the total charge was $96.00. A few days later I checked my online statement and they charged my credit card three times for $96.00. I brought my fiance's 2002 jetta in for a scheduled tune-up and routine oil change in May of 2009. It was last April when my husband decided to respond to an artical posted in the newspaper for the United States Postal Services. The artical was for study materials, the Postal Battery Exam Booklet. He paid $130.00 for the book. He registered for an exam online then waited. After a few months he recieved another job. I am 28 yoa, my mother and father divorced when i was 3 months. i have never received a dime of support note thats in the divorce decree 150.00 a month. My father has received ssi all my life i know because he has sickle cell disease. This company charged me for a program and send me an order I did not ask for nor did I want to be in a program. This was a promotional (one time) order to see if I wanted to buy any additional kits. I did NOT order any additional kits. And the site I got the promotion from did not state that it was a trial for research or a program. We have a 2004 Ford F-250 (diesel) that shuts off while driving. The water in the fuel indicator will appear and then the truck will completely shut down. We've been in traffic when this happens and nearly caused several accidents. I (the wife) no longer drive the truck in fear of an accident. The dealership has been unable to correct this problem. I have had a 2006 Azera for a little over 3 years. If you check the service records you will find many, many repairs since the purchase. Some took 5-7 days in which they had to completely remove the dash and in one case take out the passenger seat. The air conditioner has been a problem every summer and required some sort of repair. We have been long time customers of First Equity Card and lately everytime we make a payment which normally always higher than the amount required they put our card on hold and decrease our limit. They claim it is because of late payments of which have only been no more than 15 days late and the late fee is obviously paid. So as it seems this is turning into more of a loan type situation. Every day this program tried to run a "scan" in my computer and would tell me I had all manner of things wrong and want to "correct them and clean them" and it was a hoax. I ordered two fire pistons in February '09 and hadn't received them two months later so I called. The guy who answered said he had just received the parts to build them and would mail them out the next week. Another month goes by and I call again. He says that my order was "on the hot list" and would be mailed out the next day. Two weeks later, I call for the last time and am told again they would be mailed out the next day. I recently bought a $50 dollar Wal*Mart Visa gift card and its a useless piece of crap. The main reason I got this was so I could order Skype online and order a few other items with it. Every site I go to it says that Im un-able to use this card, or its invalid or something stupid like that. Not to mention they start reducing money from the card if theres still money on it 13 months after purchasing the card which is rather ridiculous. I would like to share with you the experience I had while giving birth at Ruby Memorial Hospital. I was pregant with my second child and I was 2 days late. My water broke at 8am and I waited a little while for my contractions to be closer together. My husband got me there at about 10:30. The amount of $72.21 was charged to my bank account, and indicated as a debit charge. When I called the number indicated for the charge, I was told that I had ordered a cd from Google Treasure Chest, and that since I had not cancelled the "service" within the allotted time, I would have a monthly reoccurring charge of $72.21.
