Wal-mart/Dyson vacum
U.andre May 21, 2009
My mother bought me a $399- Dyson vacum the other day at my local Wal-mart ( bless her heart)but i myself had recently bought a new vacum. Mom gave me receipt to return if i wanted to which i figured i hadn't even opened box so i'd go return it and get much needed groceries. At customer service desk i was told that you can't return Dyson vacums even if you have receipt . I said shouldn't that be posted some where because as someone spending that kind of money i would of taken that into consideration before i purchased it.I... read full review »

Global Web & Pacific Web Works
Jaazee May 21, 2009
In 2001 my sister and I purchased a total of web sites (10) from Global Web for the price of $1, 800.00. Other fees we incurred included leasing a merchant account at the rate of $69.95/month, plus a reseller’s license of $99.00 and monthly hosting fees of $9.95 per month per activated web site. Overall, we have paid Global Web in excess of $3, 405.00. Soon after our initial purchase, I discovered that the Global Web’s software, Quicksitemaker, that customers used to build their web sites, was faulty. For instance, the Internal... read full review »

Anyway, I get home open it up and throw it in the wash like anyone else would. When I went to put the sheets on my bed I saw that the lable said some other cheap brand. I was very upset and took the set back the same night with the recipt and all the packaging. The Manager (BEN) was extremly rude. He wa... read full review »

Hello fellow classmates or victims, I am another victim of The University of Phoenix Axia Online crap. I should've listen to the victims of Axia College when I had the chance. I would've never though that I would be putting in a complaint about my bad experience with Axia Online. My dream is to pursue my degree with University of Phoenix and graduate and work in my dream job. I had already imagined the day my family would be proud of me when I finish what I had started. Please be advised that if your dog gets attacked at Flying High Doggy Daycare the owner will NOT take responsibility for the vet bill, will NOT check up on your dog to see if he/she is OK, and will brush you off and let you deal with your wounded dog by yourself. She does not believe that a dog should be taken to the vet after a dog has ripped a hole in your dog's face. She taunts "I want to know what your vet said about that". jubispo May 21, 2009
I really thought textbook wheel would be legit since I got it on my email (not in my spam folder, which usually works pretty well) at the same time my classes were about to be done so I thought it would be one of those business the university recommends. The site looked legit and they had all the books I looked up, and plus they paid for shipping. It added up to about 260 dollars in books. I printed out the shipping slip, bought special shipping packages for the books (no "it came open/damaged crap) and my books were in pretty much... read full review »

I saw that they have taken $15.25 from my bill six months in a row for something they call a "Survival Kit Mthly Fee". I never signed up for this service and have no idea what it could be. Ikea Kitchen Remodel
ADC May 21, 2009
I spent over 12 K on kitchen cabinets and counter tops at Ikea, which has turned out to be a mistake and nightmare. The quality of the cabinets are what I expected for the low price, so that is not an issue. My issue is the ongoing incompetence throughout this process, and more importantly is the poor customer service provided by upper management when problems occur. The sales people have always been nice, however the ongoing mistakes are a reflection of poor management and training. My last conversation with Sac store cust svc rep... read full review »

I am filing a compliant against Ivy Capital Inc, a underground cash secrets coaching company who tries to charge their customers as much money as possible to start an small online business. On March 31, 2009, I got a phone call from a stranger. He asked me if I am an action taker, and i said yes. (He didn't mention anything about his company in the beginning). Then he said he was looking for action takers and asked me to list ten goals that I have, so I did. Bumpits
doughdidough May 20, 2009
I have been looking for this product everywhere. Finally, I gave in and ordered directly from the manufacturer. First, the ordering process is very confusing and automatically adds on the Hollywood Bumpit even when you say "no." Second, the S&H is almost as much as the product! It is shipped via USPS in a 3.5" x 6" x 1" box, and takes 6 weeks to get from CT to CA -- which would cost MAYBE $2.00 to ship. This company should be ashamed of itself for such BLATANT FRAUD. I'm disgusted by them. OH BY THE WAY...my... read full review »

I have been trying to get the phones number to call the company Savings 2 Go so I could cancel my membership. One day I saw there was an email in my box that said Savings 2 Go on it, but I was informed that I would get a package in the mail from them. There seems to be a scam in play to send the informaiton to the persons email and not by regular mail and when the person says they didnt get the information the company will say that they mailed it email. This is not a fair way to deal with the public, so I would like to cancel my membership. I... read full review »

Early Moments/ Beginning Reader's Program
Deana May 20, 2009
Two books were sent to my son, thin Dr. Seuss books I might have found at the dollar store, along with a bill for over$25. I emailed them to tell them if they wanted their unsolicited shipment back, to send me prepaid postage. Weeks later, they did, so I sent the books back within a day of recieving the postage. Receiving bill now addressed to me, instead of my son. Called their number and lady indicated she had no way of knowing if I'd sent books back. Sounds like a scam to me. My mistake- should have insisted on prepaid CERTIFIED mail postage. read full review »

Unauthorized charges - $29.95 - Customer service tried to tell me I had authorized the charges - I informed them I was online at this site right now and I had no intentions of arguing back & forth as stated in previous complaints - They could not even tell me what product trial this was for - Upon which I insisted upon immediate cancellation & refund. They did say charges were for an online program to help someone lose weight & become fit...I did not sign up for this program nor had any clue as to where or what it came from. They provided me with a cancellation number and as a "courtesy" would give me a one time refund of my $29.95! read full review »

Paid $1.95 for a google kit for a stay-at-home job that was to be mailed to me. Two days later, there was a debit card hold in my account for a $69.90 from a TW/EAuction. After I googled this name, it came up with Pacific Works, a company based out of Utah. I also saw several compliants about this company unwillingly charging credit cards. I have got to put my 2 cents in here. I saw the comments here, on ripoff report, and even on the BBB. I also read their terms of service all the way through. The terms of service are the main reason I cancelled. I never agreed to them and no one in their right mind should agree to such one-sided terms. I encourage everyone to read these all the way through. They even have a clause that if you make a negative comment about them on any online forum that they will charge you a lot of money (don't remember the exact amount). They... read full review »
