I ordered the Nature's Acai Berry Supplement and was excited when I got it in the mail on Saturday. I waited to take it on Sunday because I had a late start. I hired the company to clean the air ducts on 2/9/09, they did a lousy job: they used a blower on the "air returns" which threw all the debris/lint/dust back on to the furnace. When I contacted this company and was considering their service, they assured me that based on the circumstances of my Red Light ticket, they could get my ticket removed. I was recently on my computer while snacking on a handfull of Hoody's Praline Pecans. These nuts are coated with a sugar brown praline coating which makes them uniform in color and crunchy. With the current economy, I called to get a refund only to find out that I am not able to cancel. I tried to buy a Ford truck from these guys, what a joke. It was Tuesday 3-17-09, arrive at the dealership, tell them what I want to spend. Five hours later still at the same point we started. I then sent an email one week before the due date to change my booking as I was delayed by one day. I got a reply saying that a refund will be credited to my credit card account. WAMU - Washington Mutual offered the benefit of accessing our FICO score along with credit card management services at no charge when you were accepted for their credit card. Well, now that Chase has taken over WAMU Chase is not honoring that benefit and has taken away that access and services. It was a great way to manage finances and keep track of our FICO score.
