The setting is view is wonderful, but the service and the venue are not set up to handle weddings. We contracted for our son's wedding while the winery was undergoing major renovation that was promised to be completed prior to our event. My brother passed away on January 30. On February 1 we ordered an arrangement of lilies for the wake on the following day. The order was made through FTD. I had purchased a remote car starter for a 2003 Toyota Camry, in addition to the installation. It was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The total for the starter and installation was just under $200. I want to know how is it the my original debt with Aspire Visa which is $2989.82 but NCO Financial is trying to collect $6099.88. Sallys Beauty supply will not refund or exchange clipper blades that do not fit my clippers. As much as I do business every week with them in details on the back of the receipt printed in light grey ink it states that you can't return blades. All sales are final. We ordered a PODS container to store our houshold goods while our Condo unit will be rented. When I placed the order with PODS via telephone, I was never asked whether or not I was going to need moving pads. I was aksed if I needed a lock and I said no thank you, I will be supplying my own. I reserved a car with a estimated quote of $37.49/day for 2 days. When I picked up the car, the cost was going to be $385. When I questioned the amount I was told by the agent that it included $200 which would be credited to my card when I returned the vehicle. When I returned the car and got my receipt, the receiving agent told me that the $200 would be credited directly to my card. Century 21-pacesetter was listing my property to sell. We had a buyer who failed to get a mortgage. We moved out because our buyer wanted to be in by 12-15-08. We are no longer obligated to Century 21 and were told by our lawyer we could list our home with another company. Our current realtor is unable to list our home on the MLS because Cen. 21 will not take the house out of contract. They have recieved all correspondaces between our lawyer and the buyers lawyer. The online course rarely begins at the scheduled time. Questions about study materials to be completed before class are not answered via e-mail causing confusion during the actual class as students are not sure which assignments are due. Customer sevice consist of ignoring the customer after the course has been paid. During the registration process e-mails and phone calls are answered but should an issue arise after you have paid, there is no help. I purchased a high end Chattam & Wells mattress from SitNSleep on 7-29-06 with a 10 year non prorated warranty. The mattress is junk and has fallen apart internally. It was inspected and found to be defective and approved for replacement. Sit N Sleep just issues a credit to come into the store and "BUY" another mattress. Compass Bank has charged my account about $250 in overdrawn charges stemming from an oversight that led to a $3 negative balance. By the time I saw the first $38 NSF charge, my online account information showed that a trasfer wire deposit had posted and the account was no longer negative.
