We purchased a Kenmore electric range model 790 one year ago. The glass top cracked and Sears said sorry, not covered. This seems to be a recurring problem with Kenmore. We also purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer which absolutely was a piece of junk. We had it replaced four times within two weeks, this was top of the line model. All four did not work. This company (scam) calls at least three times a day. Several times, they have hung up just as I answer. I have call waiting on my phone and when they call, and I'm on the phone with a business client, I miss words while it is beeping. I have asked them politely each time to take this number off of their calling list and they respond that they will. Then, the next day, I get three or four more calls. I have started asking for their number so that I can call them and disturb them all day long. They usually hang up then but one did give me a number that turned out to be bogus. I bought a Shih-tzu from Samantha Ross and this baby was extremely sick. She gave him the wrong shot at 6 weeks, he had coccidia and almost died, had a severe case of ringworm and had dog lice. After having him for 8 weeks I still don't have his CKC papers. On Jan 23 (or 24th…sometime close to that time frame), I attempted to make a reservation on their website that didn't go through. I got an error instead of a confirmation. In Oct. 2008 I brought my 2007 BMW to Braman due to a flat tire. They told me two tires had nails in them and should be replaced. I did replace the tires. I signed up for cashcrate and did several of their so called surveys. Most of them were not surveys but credit card offers or free trials where you had to give up your credit card number. The site said that you could cancel your free trials and still get paid for they survey. This is not true. You have to complete the service. Also I filled one out for Netflix where it said it would not charge your card until your free trial is over. NOT TRUE. The same day they debited my card for the amount of the service. I was charged a $29 "overlimit" fee for the Amex-Costco True Earnings card. How do you even get a "overlimit" fee? Isn't the definition of a limit that you cannot go over it?!?
