I thought I was on the shop-rite web site. The site said click here for a $250 shop-rite gift card. I clicked on it then found myself taking a survey. I entered my phone number onto the site and a sales rep called me. He asked me a bunch of questions such as, "do you want an on line degree, do you need car insurance, etc". I saw were this was going and I told him I don't want nothing and don't send me anything. Now I get a bunch of unwanted E-Mails everyday which I have to delete and unsubscribe. I called 1888-738-0019 from 2/13/09 Credit Card statement For My leisure savings club until new statement received on 3/14/09 trying to cancel an Unauthorized Charge to my credit card. Profit point, Inc. changed terms of its contract (now charging higher fees) WITHOUT proper notification as per the contract terms. According to contract terms, Profit Point, Inc. would give notice on monthly statements of any changes made to original contract terms. I ordered flowers from Proflower and they did not get to the destination so Pro flower sent them again with great success the second time. Should not be a complaint here and there is not one as far as that goes. I ordered and received a KitchenAid pasta maker attachment for a mixer. When it arrived the power attachment would not fit my mixer. I did not use it nor even unpack it all. i sent for and received a return authorization from them. I sent the pasta maker back as soon as I received their authorization to return it. They allow you to submit an order for a trial with out specifying the terms are contractual. Then they force you to have monthly deliveries without being ablke to cancel. The number they provided is not a plsce where you can reach a live person. I waited 20 minutes to speak with someone before the number disconnects you. It is false advertisement and sales. I was searching the internet then a week ago (Mar. 4, 2009) and on the google web page their was an add that stated for less than $2.00 they would send you all the info. you need to start a money making home internet company. At one time I used AAA for my car ins, and after not liking that I also had to pay a membership fee, I changed to a different insurance co. HOWEVER, AAA charged my checking account 77.95, just because they still had my debit card numbers. It has been more than 14 days since I complained, And I have not yet been reimbursed. hey! I received the box the CD came in . It was empty, there was no CD inside. The address on the packet it was shipped in was Grant Help order, 2710 Thomas Ave., Cheyenne Wyoming, 82001. I have an unauthorized charge of $47.00 from my bank account from EMillionaire.com/GOOGINCOME. I checked an ad on FaceBook that looked promising to work from home with the thought of only being charged a $1.99 fee from which you had to give your credit card/bank account visa to them. So now, I'm having to get a new credit card through my bank account visa. But first I have to write a letter explaining that I didn't authorize the charge from my account. After ordering the Diatary Supplement on 1/31/09 no shippment was received. A charge of $3.97 was made to my card on that date. On 2/21/09 a new charge was made to my credit card by GNA*Vitamins - 800-5954650 CO in the amount of $79.90. When I was able to get through to customer service, speaking with Rosie, she stated that the product was sent out but she would send out another order requesting signature at time of receipt. Wells Fargo Auto Financial is the holder of the loan for my vehicle, purchased in October 2006 we have never missed or been late on a payment during the existence of our loan. We have auto payment set up through our bank using the account number and address to Philadelphia, PA for payments. Real Networks has been billing my credit card for Jan-Mar 2009 without any authorization. Real Networks is one of the branch services from Real Audio along with Rhapsody, Real Arcade and other services. I did download the Rhapsody player and specifically remember NOT subscribing to additional services for music, video and game downloads and I never provided a credit card number. It was marked with red banner across the cover that said: $49.95 Value. three days of receipt, I was charged $74.95 and on the 4th day, $29.95!! I've called the related company phone numbers...It rings for about 12 times, then I get a fast busy signal. I have not reached an actual person after calling for three days. I have the exact complaint as the other person. I ordered the initial coffee because it seemed to be a good price. Once that first $25 was charged, within a week $38.95 was charged and within a couple of days another $38.95 was charged.
