They got my number from Broderbund web site order I think. They called me three times, which is harassment. I was informed their website offered big discounts. They talked me into a 30 day membership for $20 and a $20 credit to use on products on their web site. On November 30, 2008, I ordered a box set of DVDs on the Internet from TVShowBoxSet for my son for Christmas. Cost was $88.99 via PayPal. When there was no delivery, I emailed the company on December 15 for an explanation. No response. Website is 'under construction.' On December 22, I contacted PayPal to file a claim. Yesterday I walked up to the doctor's office early as I had an appointment at 1:30PM only to find a note stating moved to Sagebrush Trail in Ormond Beach. Thrift shop clerk next door called the doctor's office to find their location only to discover they had closed all Ormond Beach offices and moved to Port Orange. I have an issue with a warranty problem. I purchased an XMH10A on 12/26/2007 and immediately had it installed and activated on the same date.
