I was only able to clearly get the phone #. I have received numerous calls on my answering machine. A couple of weeks ago I answered and stayed on the line until I got transferred to a customer rep. I told them I was not interested and to not call again. Last night I got another call. Again I stayed on the line until I got a live voice (man). I was a Avon representative for 5 years as well as a customer. I recently placed an order on their avon.com website for a pair of tennis shoes. I ordered exactly according to their fitting specifications regarding half sizes which is what I wear and the shoes didn't fit. I dreaded that because I knew I had to send them back. They have no good way of doing that, they don't send you a return shipping label like some online stores do. Ordered the Acai Berry free product and then received the email stating that it was a 30 day supply with only 14 days being free and then I would be charged approx. $80 on the 15th day for the entire supply---thus no free anything. I called and immediately tried to cancel the order but was told that I could not cancel until the next day. I ordered a free trial product on November 23rd and received the order on January 5th. ( I live in Canada so that may be why it took so long) I was charged shipping charges for this order, as stipulated on their website. On December 15th I was charged $ 63.44 Canadian and on December 30th I was charged another $82.22 Canadian. I have not received any other product and did not agree to automatic shipments. I'm still a registered provider for OnForce. I understand that if you live in North Carolina they might seem like big money. In a state that has wages you can ACTUALLY LIVE ON, they are a joke. While CNN, MSN and other news groups have written A+ for this company-here is the skinny. For $1.99 they provide information as stated. They will e-mail you regarding your $1.99 charge and provide product immediately. I responded to an online ad to record a song and film a commercial at this studio. I paid $500 cash to the owner, Ron Johnson. While recording, Mr. Johnson said I must complete the song in one take. I tried and made an error. Mr. Johnson said if I mess up one more time, he would stab me with his pocket knife. The other employees assured me he says things like that all the time and not to worry. I made another mistake in the song and he stabbed me in my shoulder. I left and called the cops and they said there was nothing they could do with no actual proof. I called to have a perkins loan consolidated with the rest of loans which had already been consolidated. For some unknown reason, this one loan remained outstanding. I recently discovered an unauthorized charge of $14.95 each month since April 2008. As my husband always checks the statement and didn't bother with this charge thinking it was something I did it went unnoticed all this time. I called and cancelled, but wish to get a refund.
