I have been billed by Easy Saver Rewards (EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 PA) for $14.95 per month since making a purchase on Proflowers.com. After contacting Proflowers and easysaver, I was told that I entered an email in a popup screen and buy doing so I gave Proflowers the right to provide my account to another company, who then proceeded to STEAL money from me every month. I purchased a 1953 Franklin silver half dollar in BU condition on 11/17/08. After not receiving the coin I contacted Michael A Lavanga twice. I received an email on my computer that I had spy ware corupting my computer and that I needed to install their program. I tried to delete it but it was to late it had already spread to the boot sector of my drive. To make a long story short, by the time I was done cleaning my computer again with a very strong virus program their anti spy program had installed 23 vriuses onto my computer. Our Spectroniq 32 in. LCD was working fine when I went turned it off Saturday night. When I went to turn it on Sunday morning, the tv wasn't powering up. Cable is working. Plug in wall is working. I hired Webzone USA (RAJ and Omar) back in March of 2008. All they did was create a template front end and fill it up with space fillers. To this day, the site is useless. They never finished any of the features that they promised. Customer Service is NON EXISTANT, Omar never picks up his phone and his voicemail is always full. I opened up my embarq phone bill to find a charge I did not authorize. Call HBS billing services and they questioned my call of the unauthorized set up on line. They eventually said they would credit me the 14.95 in 1-2 billing cycles and take me off further billing. I dedcide to call my local telephone co. (embarq) to ask a few questions. I placed an order with FWM Laboratories to received the trial bottle of Life-Cleanse for $3.95 on 12/1/08, I have called several times since then to get the status of my order. Each time I call I am given a different shipment date and story. This company represents it self as driver and family oriented company. They are neither. They accuse their drivers of wronge doing without proof, there is favoratisum (especially Tullytown Location) with the manager and some of the drivers. Those he likes get the best runs. Beware this rental agency is out to scam you. When we arrived at the lakehouse we rented for the weekend, the place was in poor condition: stained and wet floors, smelly bathrooms, and a broken fireplace. It was advertised for Sunday, but the fleet manager extended the offer to me in writing (by email) while I got a cash down payment and loan approval from my credit union.
