I purchased this top of the line mattress at Sleepy's in 2004. It is a beautiful double pillow top. I loved it, but it was a few grand and out of my price range. This company is very shady. They sent out some blades that dulled very quicky, thank god i only tried out 1 and then i noticed they sent out 25 when it was supposed to be 1. cashrewards connection has with drawn over 200 dollars from my checking account and that is not including the numerous fees that my bank has charged me for over drawing or the fees that have occured from other people that have had my checks returned because of these people stealing my money. I have been charged $87.13 twice on 1/16/09 for products I did not recieve and was suppose to be a free trial, although in the fine print it said that product would be sent automatically and billed at that amount. This company has a trial offer that automatically ends up charging people on a monthly basis. It is impossible to know that that will happen. It is impossible to reach someone on the phone to cancel. Their website says they don't accept returned products. I have been charged twice for the Extreme Berry product $89.31 each time. They have added an additional monthly charge called "fit fac" for $29.95 (i've gotten charged twice for this too) and another one called "price limbo" for $8.51 (once). This building and purchasing process was a nightmare. I am sure there are others that have experienced same problems with this builder. I was lied to and they pressured me into closing - threatened me with losing my deposit, stating there was no problem with potential bankruptcy- they lied. On January 15th, 2009, I went to the Mandarin Seafood Buffet with my boyfriend. The food was horrible! It looked like the food that they had there was leftovers from a previous day. It was cold and tasteless! Some of the dishes were empty, and we asked to bring some fresh cooked food out, but the people who work there ignored us. In one of the dishes I found a bug, and immediately called for a waitress. I showed them the bug and asked to bring out the same food, but freshly cooked. I had my nails refilled on 1/9/09. As the week went on I noticed there was no acrylic or very little acrylic on the sides of each nail. The sides were rough and jagged catching on everything. My girlfriend and I recently rented a mailbox from this UPS Store in Schenectady (Rotterdam), NY in order to receive mail and packages that requires a signature. We also felt it would be more secure than packages being left on our front porch. The location was also convenient since we pass by the location on the way home from work. This company must have picked up my information when I was requesting an online payday loan. I never asked for their services, never received any information from them, but they charged me $58.61 from my debit card for a service fee to use them.
