I was charged $89.00 for this product b-4 I even got the TRIAL which I should have only had to pay S & H (5.95). I then did not receive any product for quite some time then received 2 bottles at once. Now, I am trying to cancel the product before I get charged any more. The product does not work. This product was to be a free trial my 14 day free trial was to start when product was recieved, I recieved two days after Christmas, and they billed my credit card unauthoirized for another shipment I never recieved. On 12/04/05 my washing machine broke down and I need to replace it for my family of five. The most competitive price listed was by a company called HypAudio.com at $998.00 plus $149.95 for shipping and delivery of a new US warranted machine. A horrible company with no records. Went in there in person, paid cash. Did not get a receipt. Sent back a piece of garbage - equipment sold for 120+ dollars. Called for over two months for the refund. Today owner said it was only $100.00. Promised to issue a refund check for the fifth time. Order from somewhere else. Back in 1996 I tried to buy a 16mb SIMM. After waiting for 3 weeks I started calling but never got hold of a person. Usually the phone would just ring endlessly, but occasionally I would get their answering machine. I finally cancelled the charge and ordered from somebody else. I received my order in less than a week. After two-and-a-half months Dakco sent me a card stating that they'd had "shipping" problems and were now ready to send my order! I purchased 2 headsets from this company and 1 Bluetooth headset was DOA, they suggested calling the manufacturer to fix it, talked with the manufacturer and they agreed that it was dead and to return it for a new one which they reluctantly did. A few weeks later we noticed that the battery wasn't holding a charge so again was told to call the manufacturer and they shipped us a new battery. Very disappointed with Electronica Direct. Placed an order on a Sennheiser PC350 headset for a very good price (order placed through Amazon). Both Amazon and Electronica Direct listed the item as in stock. However, the next day I received an email from Electronica Direct saying that my order had been canceled due to them being oversold. I am also an ex-employee of this company and I completely agree with "dredhed". Though dredhed worked there for only 2 months, I worked there from January of '98 to May 2001 and I want everyone reading this comment board to know that this company was once a very reputable industry leader that had been around for over 20 years before its fall. Take in these factors: Theft & mis-management, both presented by a few crooks that the owner never suspected. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Purchased BitDefender Antivirus from them on 7/30. After 8 days of my computer freezing up, and BitDefender shutting itself off I contacted BitDefender they told me to uninstall and reinstall the software, in the next few weeks I had to do this 4 times. I ordered two printer ink refills, which Printpal claimed had the same OR BETTER quality than new ones. Both of them do not work, they print in streaks and the papers come out unreadable. I am knowledgeable with computers so this is not an error on my part, they gave me two bogus products. The worst part is I would have to pay shipping to return them, according to their less-than-competent customer service team. Representing being Toshiba's "outlet", a computer was purchased. It was refurbished. A 2-year extended warranty was purchased and paid for. It happens that Toshiba NEVER received notification of the extended warranty, which expired in 90 days. Actually, I don't use it anymore but my partner is a newbie and it suits him just fine. I chose Vektron over Micron because it had a better software option. I bought a system from these guys in Jan 99 - long before I knew about this website. I ordered a P2-400 with the Boston Acoustics sound system upgrade for an additional $79. I got a P2-350 with defective RAM and NO SOUND whatsoever even though I got charged for it. Worst experience that I have ever had!!! I purchased a power supply that ended up being defective and they won't exchange it or refund my money. They want to charge me a 25% restocking fee because the box it came in is damaged, although the damage to the box occurred before I even purchased the item.
