James Cox, owner of Seven Design Studios refuses to pay on a Judgement awarded against him. This was for a software program that he never completed for a client. A Judge in Butte County Superior Court awarded his client over 5700 dollars to be paid by James, which he refuses to do. This was awarded over a year ago. Anyone who is considering hiring Mr Cox for any of his services should strongly reconsider. He has had numerous complaints against him. Dreamwater Spas, never heard of them the company that's because they use to go by another name Infinity Spas. David Hatley is still running the show and things are worse then ever. This company does not pay it's distributors, oh wait they do send you check but they will be bad one. On 11/27/08 I went to this Gas Station to fill up my car. But i was so dissapointed of such ruddeness toward me by the Cashier. Lease Source has been our credit card processing equipment lease provider for over two years. They have just recently began debiting a new bank account with unauthorized charges- in varying amounts and without prior consent. They obtained the bank information from a paper check payment sent to them in the previous months. This is ridiculous and illegal. they literally took our banking information and presented it as if they were authorized to do what they are doing. Vista signs you up for a membership that is Free the first 30 days and if not cancelled they charge you 14.95 a month.
