I had reserved a post office box through the UPS store in another state. To reserve the PO Box, I had to submit my credit card information. Within 24 hours I cancelled the hold on the PO Box. Bought a Nokia 6555 as part of AT&T phone service. Piece of junk. Inside LCD cracked after about 2 months of light duty use. I only use my cell phone for emergencies, so it sits in my car or on my countertop. Opened it one day and the LCD has three cracks going across the screen looking like a chicken's foot. We purchased 2 mega blocks dump trucks for our 2 &3 year old. The wheel fell off the one truck, a simple product defect, resolved with a simple exchange. Took 3 months and a BBB case top get the final piece of the order. Additionally, part of the shipment did not arrive which they blamed me for and the level of service was the bottom of the pile. If you have nothing better to do with your life, then go ahead and waste your time dealing with these guys. It is a great example of what NOT TO DO in customer service. My Norton account was due to expire and i received an email from MYORD disguised as Norton offering me renewal service over the internet. Posted on 30 November 2008. This company continues its practice of charging the credit card with unauthorized charges. My card was also charged for $ 44.85, when the only charge I had authorized was for $ 4.95 for S&H for a "free" trial. When approached, they offered a "generous" discount of $ 20. I have instructed them to return all the un-authorized funds. I have notified my credit card company as well as file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov).
