This company has called me several times regarding a debt that is so old it has dropped off my credit report. I have spent the last few years cleaning up my credit, and now I am getting collection calls from these people! I have asked them several times not to contact me any more. I talked to a Supervisor (supposedly) today, and he told me the only way they would stop contacting me is to send a Cease and Decist letter to: PO BOX 900 Purchase, NY 10577. I will be doing this, but I will not be using a return address, as I dont believe they are going to stop. Then they will have my address, and I will surely get letters in the mail. read full review »

I MADE A PURCHASE OF A DINING ROOM SET FROM HUNT GALLERIES ON 10/31/08, THE MONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 11/6/08. ON 11-17-08 HUNT GALLERIES CLAIM BANKRUPT. THEY HAD TO KNOW THAT THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF GOING FOR CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY AT THE TIME I MADE MY ORDER. Safe Ride Warranty
This company represented themselves as an extention of the Nissan comapny and I was under the impression that I was picking up the warranty that had previously been offered to me through Nissan. It was not until i had occasion to haver something fixed recently at my Nissan dealership that I was informed that Safe Ride Warranty in fact had NOTHING to do with Nissan. I called to cancel free 30 day membership, then when I call, recording tells me they will be with me in 7 min. ( it was saying this for about a half hour) anyway before two weeks they already charged me the monthly charge, then when I call to" simply cancel" the membership( as it says on thier info they send)they tell me now that they have already charged me and now I have to fax them the post date on the letter that came and and an order detail number plus to a certain person. well I should not have to go thru this nor should anyone else! read full review »

Long story short, GotWholesaling is an absolutely aweful company and their products, Infinity Spas are garbage. We purchased an Infinity Spa on e-bay in August, 2007 and paid right away. 10 weeks later, we received our tub. Of course, it didn't work and we contacted Jason Gaut at GotWholesaling who got us in contact with Infinity Spas. They sent 2 new control boards because the first one was faulty. Colorado Lakewood Police Department is notorious for constantly harassing local kids - atleast that's what I'm hearing - the stories are spreading like wildfire? I heard one boy was arrested for getting a Frisbee off a roof of a nearby church when a girl threw it up there (trespassing?). Carnival Splendor
We just came back from Eastern Caribbean Cruise on a Thanksgiving week of 2008 on Carnival Splendor. My 11 yrs son was punched in the eye by an African American kid in the Arcade because my son asked him to take turn on a free play machine. He turned around and punched my son right in the right eye and fled.

First they call you sounding very professional asking if you are still interested in how to make money working from home.
They then schedule an appointment where you will be involved in a conference call. Once you are there you must listen to a 25 minute speech by some woman about how this company can help you make money.
Basically they want you to buy Melaleuca, Inc. products and then refer people to the site to also buy them and you get money for whatever they buy.

I call to place an order and nobody ever answers the phone, they are always running out of dough or cheese it's always something is out. Why have a resturant if you are not going to beable to keep the things you sell in stock???? I was injured at the gym with my "trainer" if thats what you want to call him... They did nothing but send me home, and tell me to put ice on my foot. No phone call the next day asking how I am doing... 2 weeks goes by, I don't go to the gym, my "trainer" calls me and asks me when i'm coming in... I canceled my work at home rebate scam the same day I bought it on the internet. I made the mistake of assuming that they would automatically credit my charge acct.
Going into the third month of trying to get the credit, I was told today that I did not request a credit when I cancelled therefore no credit was issued until I complained the first time of not getting it. Now I am into the 6th phone call and I am waiting on the third request they are making to their account dept. to give me the credit.
The supervisor was totally defnsive when I played hard ball with her.
