I received a charge of 29.95 on my bank statement which I did not approve. When I called the 877 number they said they were closed and to reach them on the internet at leisuretimesavings.com. However, there was no way at the site to cancel my alleged membership without creating a new membership and giving them private information (credit card mumbers, telephone, address, etc.). On 7/29/08, Mr. Boyer the owner sent a hateful young worker who left everything dirty with tar on the floor. With his tarred hands, he left his marks on the new plumbing fixtures, two bathroom doors, and toilet cover. He deliberately scraped the new shower head neck (chrome pipe). He dented the bathroom doors and peeled off the paint from one of the doors while trying to remove the tar. I called Mr. Boyer the next day after I cleaned the entire bathroom and noticed all the damage. You may not be able to access your money for a long time after you deposit in your Ing Direct Bank account. On 11-10-08, I requested Ing Direct Bank to electronically transfer a decent amount of money from my checking account at Wachovia Bank to my Savings account at Ing Direct Bank. According to Ing Direct Managers, I will not be able to access my money until 11-20-2208. In this day a age, you would assume that electronic transfers would not take more than one day and you would be able to access your money immediately. I attended a sales presentation today in Newport Beach. I was lured to the presentation by the friendly caller, who said that if I showed up, one of my prizes could be a trip to Vegas, which would include accommodations to either the Paris hotel or New York, New York hotel. GE money bank lowered my credit limit twice by $500 dollars for no reason there has not been any change on my credit report and I have never paid late. I called them to find out what happened and they told me that it was due to a periodic review and could not offer further explanation I talked to the supervisor who could also not offer any further explanation. I have repeatedly told them that I am not the person nor do I know who this is and to stop calling me. The program has put spyware on my computer and I now have to spend eighty dollars to order a new windows vista home edition CD to reformat my computer to rid it of the virus.
