My Mother received a fax indicating that she was the third and first category winner and would inherit 2.5 million dollars if she sent Howard Barrett of Montego Bay, St. James Jamaica $550.00. They could not make up their minds with whether she was a first or third category winner. The english is poor and the letter provides no contact information for the company. I ordered a rifle scope from New Moon Mall and recieved an order number but no tracking number. When I attempted to locate a phone # to get the tracking number I could not find one online, their website, or directory assistance. Fortunately I purchased through AMEX, so I filed a compaint and will not have to pay for the product, even though the charge was immediate upon my purchase. They indicated a ship date of 2 to 3 days, it has been over a week and no response to my emails for assistance in locating the order. I had gotten Xpert-solutions to take a look at my laptop they had spent three days on it trying to figure out what the problem was... they said it was the video card..than they blamed it on alienware saying it was what their technicians said... even though Xps solutions told me it was for sure the video card... they never fixed it because the technician or so called fake expert... couldn't even get past the screws on the back of my laptop... We paid this company $1499.00 to help us write a grant. The funds were to help us make needed repairs to our school and to our building for senior programs. When I did not receive any information from them, I called spoke to a representative and was told 'It takes time, be patient'. Now when I call I just get a recording asking you to leave a message, I have never received a call back yet. I do not know if this company is out of business, but they are certainly not doing the job they got money for. We did receive our scooter within 14 days from the date of purchase. It was crated and in good condition, with the exception of one small part that was cracked. Then 3 days later, the speedometer cable broke. We contacted Scooternitro by phone and tech support was very helpful. Sakson Mortgage Company has repeatedly lied to me about paying invoices owed. When I have been able to speak with the owner, he assures me that payment will be imminent. Then when I request a check, he tells me that he will have it 'later'. The owner has asked for multiple discounts and has still not paid the amount owed. I have mad repeated attempts to contact the owner via email and phone. At this point the owner does not answer my calls and never returns emails. I am frustrated. This company transported my custom 66 Cadillac from Pensacola to Tampa, July 2007. The did $11000.00 in damages and when ask to claim it the driver took off and when the company was called they gave the insurance info and when this was processed it was found out they sub-contracted Bolware Trucking, who truly was not insured. My husband went to Courtesy Auto Sales on December 15, 2006 to purchase a truck. We went in, filled out the application, paid 800 down for the vehicle, signed the papers, and left with the vehicle. Officer Smith left a message on my work phone and also told my reference that I have committed fraud and that I was about to be arrested. The company says that they have gone to great lengths to see that the companies are legitimate. I responded to a Southwest Airlines $500 ticket offer and ordered two $1.00 trial offer items, but the packages arrived with unsolicited Hoodiawater and Hoodiburst gum included. Last November I signed up with Campos Chartered Law Firm for Debt Validation not consolidation of all my credit cards. I was told that they would make each credit card company validate that I did in deed has an account with them. You see the ad on facebook or myspace. Claim they will send you this for only 5.95 for 9.95 for 3-5 days shipping and say its free. They never mention directly or indirectly the 89.00 they are going to continue to send you and then you end up with a charge on your credit account. Discovercard.com is not posting and/or backdating transaction dates for purchases. On the website, it is not possible to see a current balance within a few days of the end period. I signed up for a trial offer of Acaia Pure, I only needed to pay for shipping and handling. Instead I was sent not only the trial offer but Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater and was charged $44.85. No where in the offer did it say anything about the gum or the water.
