Both sa;es people (male and female) were dressed neatly and told her they were neighbors of hers and pointed to a house across the street from us. Signed on for free update for 2009. I couldn't download the product. After working with "it" for two days, I called a technician to help me. He couldn't download it either. I then paid for the 2009 program figuring that if I paid, the download would be successful. It was not so then we called wherever it is you people are and still could not resolve the issue. I am a professional photographer and have been for 21 years. I ordered 2 Nikon D700 cameras, a hand grip battery pack (attachable to the camera), and 1 extra battery for the camera. I received a letter from this scam stating that I had won $125, 000. Enclosed was a check for over $4, 000 supposedly drawn from chase bank. I bank with Chase and when I took the check to Chase it was infact a real account number but not from the before mentioned business. It was from someone elses personal checking account. We also purchased from Sears a Kenmore Oasis HE Topload Washer a year and half ago. Loved it until about two weeks ago I started getting an F1 code and the only solution according to the manual is to call service. That in itself is a chore. I was scam by an e-mail from Dave Cote offering a work at home job. After receiving the job offer I realized it was a fraud. I responded saying I refused the job offer. Two days after I was sent a fake check and keep receiving e-mails from Dave Cote to cash the check and send it western union. I am very scared and needs to know what action to take. Did a contract with Payment Alliance to accept credit cards 2.5 years ago and have had nothing but problems with customer service from the beginning. They will hang up on you if they don't feel like helping. if you try to change anything on your account(address, ect.) it takes multiple calls(and weeks) to get it done properly. Did not get our room cleaned until 5pm. after we asked. Manager was very rude, told us it was "our fault" because we hung a do not disturb sign up. WE DID NOT. The experience we had at this restaurant over the weekend was the worst we have ever experienced. We were accused of lying about saying they hadn't put sour cream on our item that was ordered. Then when they realized they were wrong they said that it was our fault that we had never ordered it in the first place, which we had.
