I received a letter in the mail last night from CPB indicating that the letter received was a legal service to collect an unpaid debt of $148. 00 to a pizza place in 2001. I had overpaid on dental work in 12/2006 and could not get a refund for almost 2 years. Kept getting the run around on calling corporate which apparently does not exist. When I finally was told to get my $800 refund in the office, I was given only $402, they claiming a missed appointment and not covered dental work. My experience is much the same has been reported in an earlier Ripoff Report about this dealer. This dealer put a motorcycle on Ebay. I bid on it, my bid did not equal the reserve price. I got set up with this pay-per-click ad company, set my bid amounts, entered several hundred keywords, and logged off for awhile. When I came back and tried to log in, to check stats and make adjustments, the site would not let me log on. Warning to all sub contractors ever dealing with Caviness Construction Company from Arizona. They do work also in Nevada. They DO NOT pay their sub contractors. This company charged me $99.00 on my credit card back in 2007. I didn't notice it until they again charged me this month on the same card for $149.99. This company is charging the amount of 29.95 for a service that I never asked for. They say that when you apply to get a free sample of some products automatic you get enrool in their services and you have 7 days to cancel if not they charge that amount but the funny thing is is that I ordered the 11/4 and they made the charge 11/10 only 6 days after the order I made for a free trial of a product.
