Not satisfied with product. Does not do what is advertised. Have tried repeatedly to contact customer service by phone to cancel future shipments just get a busy signal. I have a 4 year old cockapoo that I adopted from a young couple when she was a puppy. The couple who bought him at happiness is pets in Orland Park were lied to about the breeder Marty Gadient. The store told them he was a reputable breeder. When she was a puppy she couldn't drink water, she was always gagging and throwing up her water and food. This plan offered by FNC/Citimortgage seemed good at first. My wife and I enrolled, and they began deductions applying them to the current month's balance. A few months into the plan, we found ourselves in a position to suspend the plan deductions. We started the plan back up the following month after making our mortgage payment ourselves. I ordered the $99 per month 'Bundle my Services' offered by AT& T/Direct TV. The way the deal supposedly worked is each bills you separately, but AT&T offers rebates on each bill to offset the amount of the billing to equal a total of $99 per month. Each month for three months I received separate billing: AT&T $120 and DXirect TV $60, for a total of $180. While at work one day at the end of May 2008 one of my teeth actually broke in half which had me immediatly searching through the phone book to find a dentist office. I ordered a Lolita wine glass last December. I was told it was back ordered. I tried to cancel the order -my credit card was charged immediately when the order was placed - but no luck. I finally agreed to wait for the glass when it was available. I've sent several emails over the months and called. It is not October. I was told in August that the glass was shipped to me. I never received it. The cost of the glass was $25.00 but the nerve of this company to refuse to refund it nor send me the merchandise is revolting. I ordered two patches and paid for them both in full via paypal right away. Thier website states that they ship within two weeks. I waited over a month for them to send me an email saying that they are canceling my order because they are out of stock. It took the over a month to tell me this? The phone number on both websites is bogus. It goes to a generic voicemail that tells you to put in a voicemail box number to check your messages. After suffering about a year from a real lemon of a design ShopVac that kept losing casters, and every section of wand coming apart CONSTANTLY and also the hose pulling right out of the unit without any trouble at all, I emailed then phoned the company. They were nice enough to send a prepaid shipping label to return the unit for inspection. Rented a car from Alamo in Manchester, NH with Corporate rate of $30 per day. Through vague, unconsionable contract Alamo fiscally raped me of hundreds of dollars by raising my rate to $87 per day, almost triple the corporate rate!!. We checked into Ocean City, Maryland's Surf Villa Hotel last summer to spend only one night. It was the hotel stay from hell. We checked out the room before we agreed to check in. It looked okay. For awhile I used Veet hair removal the bladeless kind, but I started developing rashes from it yes even with the for sensitive skin kind too..I was looking for a quick, but safe way to shave while in the shower so I tried the Intuition Razor..it's great if you want to pay nearly $9 for two maybe three shaves..the soap melts on the bottom first which can cause nasty cuts and scrapes and an occassional razor burn if you don't keep any eye on it..plus the razor head will rust.the refills are a silly $11 a pop..not going to happen... read full review »

My design was completed on 9/10/08 and two weeks later I had not received my business cards. When it did, it was clearly "USED" the packaging was ripped open, the instructions were missing, and the cd that came with it was in a ripped open celophane bag.
