Beware of www.turbocookerplus.com of false advertising. Buy 1 get 1 free. You do not get two complete sets. Also, the DVD indicates the plus model includes the mesh stack rack which you do not get at all. The so called second set does not include the steam rack nor spring form pan even though the picture shows you two sets with same items of base, lid, rack and pan. In March 2008, I took my 1997 Chevy truck into Express Oil in Leeds, Al for a simple oil change. Upon completion, the truck would not start. The mechanic without using a diagnostic machine said it was a fuel pump. I have got the wrong part more times then getting' the right part. I live 20 miles from O'Reilly and every time I have to make more than one trip it cost me. Yesterday, at Chaparral most of the sand tire sets had the prices inked out. I found one set with the price at $208.90. When I went to buy them, the employee told me it was $249.00. When I showed him the price clearly marked on the cardboard cover, he told me no, that was for a cheaper rim. I was so mad that I left the $65.00 worth of other merchandise that I had planned to buy. Reckitt Benckiser the maker of Woolite. Does not accept Consumer's concern with their products. Example: Using an opaque (Black Cap) is useless as a measuring cup since its difficult to see the Woolite required level for the washing size being used. Excess Woolite generates excess foaming and requires additional cleaning cycles, which wastes water. How can this be improved to save water & Woolite plus improve the correct amount per each wash. I purchased an Elite model 9500 and had to have it replaced under warranty because the on/off button fell out. The replacement I was sent was the R710. This has only one brush head and no cord storage. The 9500 had two brush heads and cord storage in the base. Their R732 model has two brush heads and cord storage. Two printer cartridges that I purchased at Cartridge World went bad immediately upon putting them into my HP Lazar printer. The black one left a line on the page and the blue one was leaving blue splotches on everything. I took the cartridges back with the original receipt. My son paid for an airsoft gun online. It was broken when it arrived. We emailed and they tried to tell us how to repair ourselves. It didn't work. They told us to send it back for replacement, we did. They returned it back to us unclaimed. When we inquired, we were stalled repeatedly and lied to. I purchased a serveral-year abandoned house. Yes, it needed a lot of help. I asked John Lamping at Hirt & Ellco to fix some broken water lines, service a gas furnace (it hadn't seen a yearly service in who-knows-how-many years), and get the water pump up and running. I purchased Trend Micro's AntiVirus 2008 from Best Buy. Due to incompatibility issues I could not use it. On Aug 25th, a repair serviceman appointed by First American looked at my heating unit and told me that he could not fix because it was still under warranty. I had to pay $55 just for this person to tell me he couldn't help me. Then I called First American. I was told that I should call the company covering the warranty to get it fixed.
