In the last two month, on the 2nd and the 30th, I have been charged a total of $99.70 as follows: August 30 - $29.90 September 2 - $49.85 Spetember 30 - $19.95 October 2 - $19.95 All I did was order some pills to help my neuropathy and paid for them at the time. In Dutchess County New York voters are being instructed to register two times if they want to vote!I thought this was an illegal act but evidently it is the Board of Elections instructing you and forcing people to register twice. I recently order the free sample / free shipping of POMCLEAR capsules. I received the pills, along with gum and a bottle of liquid and paid $44.85 - which also included the shipping. The next month they sent another bottle of capsules for $44.90 and I have to now pay shipping and 15% restocking fee to return these unorder pills in order to get a refund. I received a collection notice from this company for $235.00. On this letter, it gives no mention of who Assetcare is trying to collect funds for. I know I have no outstanding bills, so I called them. I gave them the account number they have on the notice and they asked my name, which I provided. Next of course, wanted the last four of my social which I declined. I asked who the company was claiming I owed them money and they said they could not tell me without my social. I placed an order with this company and they have been charging my credit card 14.95 every month for a rewards program I didn't even know I signed up for. They told me at the end of the order they asked me if I'd like to save 20% and I clicked yes so that gave them the right to charge me. I do not feel that it is right for this company or any other company to send you a monthy bill which you pay and then three months later send you another bill, which they call a corrected bill and tell you that you are receiving this bill because your services were estimated instead of actual. Our business was suffering 20Kb download speed from a T1 dedicated cable. Called Tuesday of last week to get a tech to come out, and was given a "window" period of 12pm to 5pm for them to come out.
