I am extremely disappointed in the Sealy Pillowtop Mattress which I purchased at the end of May, 2007, from JC Penney. I started noticing this problem in February, 2008 and called them. I ordered 2 CD's from Finallyfast and have received nothing from them. I have payed for the CD's and would like to have them. A typical excuse used to turn down your claims at eSecuritel is "No cause for damage". If you cant give them an overly detailed "accidental event" that you can prove you didn't cause, your "Rejected". Prepare your story because they claim to tape you. Always request a copy thru your cell company, that's what got me my blackberry! My carrier even got them to send me a new one, that's almost unheard of. I canceled my insurance then and there!! I spoke with Representative Ms. Perez on two occasions regarding a debt they were attempting to collect for ATT for a past due cell phone bill. I was charged approximately $850 by ATT and within a month of the bill sent ATT a payment for $500. In less than a month they sold my remaining debt to First Revenue Assurance. A family friend, 24 years old, went to Crittenton hospital in Rochester MI seeking treatment for a very rapidly growing form of testicular cancer. His cancer has quadrupled in the six weeks since he has been diagnosed. He does not have insurance, but waiting for treatment is not an option. BE CAREFULLY W/ THIS PEOPLE - My wife and I are getting A HORRIBLE treatment from ECE. They screwed up and now it seems they want us to pay again ($215) for them to complete the evaluation we already paid for. They are very arrogant and could care less about their customers. I made reservations at this Motel and even though I am cancelling a "year" in advance, they pretty much told me I am out of the $500+ that I spent on the room reservations. I have never heard of ANY Motel that did not have some kind of a refund policy, mostly when this room was booked for the Americade weekend when ALL motels are fulled to capacity. Leaders withdrawls hidden fees from your bank account without prior notification. PCI annual fee of $30, Leaders annual fee of $100, etc... I asked very specific questions and read the agreement and these fees were NEVER disclosed. I found out about them by looking at my bank statement! DO NOT trust Leaders Merchant Services!!! Just use QuickBooks instead. Their fees are stated up front and I never had a problem with hidden fees from them in the past. My friends and I were victims of a violent bouncer who screamed at us, spitted on me and yelled using an innappropiate language. I had my 2000 Toyota Tundra truck taken to Day Toyota for inspection this September, as I did every year. Only this year I was told they could not inspect my truck because the frame was rusted out above one of the rear wheels. They never mentioned any problem with the frame in prior years and all of my service was done by them. The hotel is charging us an additional $350 for "smoking" in the room. Neither my husband nor myself have EVER smoked. The owner will not return my calls, the general manager just keeps saying that they have a comforter from our room with cigarette burns in it as well as sending me an email claiming to have gone "upstairs" to check the room out (funny, our room was on the 1st floor). I purchased a New Dell Inspiron 1721 from Aarons (appox 236.00 mo. for 12 months) in Febuary 2008. I got the computer home, wrong charger and files on the computer from Oct 1977. A movie was in the drive. I bought a reclining leather loveseat and sofa set from Ashley Furniture Homestore in North Brunswick, NJ.
