Charged 14.95, called the phone 1-877-481-6826, and the operator refused to give me a refund, so I asked for a manager or supervisor and she said there are none on duty. She then said it was an agreement and she would cancel my membership which I never signed up for. I have been going to Dryclean Depot at the Farmington Hills Location in MI for about 2 months now. On my last trip I had given shirts for laundry. I recieved a charge on my October2008 phone bill from att of 14.98. It was from a company called The easy Yellow Pages inc. I called them to say that we did not sign up for their services. I wa told that my husband signed up for the service through a 3rd party websight as a promotion for a free iphone, laptop or gift card. They said that he did this on Aug. 11, 2008. When Weber and Grahn sold me a furnace they never told me that it needed someone else to "set it up". The furnace NEVER worked properly. I kep calling and each time they sent someone who made the problem worse. TWICE they spilled fuel on the basement floor and inside the furnace, sending fumes into my home. We stayed at this hotel for two nights in room 202 during a three-day holiday. While the staff was friendly and professional, we did experience some trouble. Ours was a non-smoking room, yet the hallway was heavy with the smell of smoke. Some of my family members (including children) have allergies and this was most unpleasant as the smell leaked into the room as well. I purchased a couch and loveseat set from Nationwide Warehouse a few years back. I called to see when I could pick my couch up and nobody seems to know anything about it. I was told to call the corporate headquarters which didn't help anyway. I have called them about 560 times since and nobody will give me my couch, loveseat, my moneyback or even the time of day! Bought Taverna Spinach Pie, 2 pack in Costco. Baked one package. Lifted up flour crust top with fork and saw black hair in the crust. I signed up for a 7 days trail service with the Global Domains International and sent a cancellation request email 2 days prior to the expiration day. Went to buy gas for first time at this station. After the 5th time of pump asking me to see attendant (late for work at this point) and being told I was all set. My son went into their finance department to refinance his car into his name, since it is under both our names now. The application was processed, accepted and contract issued, signed by Raymond Chevrolet Finance manager. My phone service has been interrupted for the second time this month due to AT&T. This has caused me to lose a considerable amount of income. Creative Cabling is a ripoff! They did the install of my phone system couple months ago and when my phone line was down from Hurricane Ike, they came out to test the line. They said the problem was AT&T and left after 10 minutes of work. I was consequently billed for $150, a full hr of labor + trip charge, for just testing the phone line and telling me it's not their fault. I called the owner Sam for clarity and he just said this is standard procedure. Creative Cabling is just another ripoff artist taking advantage of a hurricane victim! In August of 07 I purchased and 10x10 ShelterLogic canopy through Northern Tool Co. I have used the canopy 9 times in the past year. The last time I used it I noted a corner strut had broken completely and one of the corner assemblies is badly cracked. Both Northern Tool and ShelterLogic have told me there is nothing they can/will do becuase the product has only a 1 year warranty. I have written to ShelterLogic asking that the frame be replaced as it is practically unusable and the damage has to be from defective construction or materials. Hurricane Gustav knocked down such a giant tree in my back yard that a bobcat was needed to remove it. The bobcat tore up the lawn and left depressions in the soil that contain standing water days after a rain. The standing water allows mosquitoes to breed by the thousands. I ordered the free business cards from Vista Print on a credit card. I did not object to the processing fees. However, they automatically enrolled me in Vista Print rewards and charged me 17.95 a month, without my knowledge or consent. I did not see this listed anywhere on the site or in any paperwork I received with the cards, and I did check. I did not discover these charges until about a year later. At that time, I called and asked for my account to be cancelled. They charged me AGAIN the following month. Mepco's Customer service for extended vehicle warranty is the worst I've ever seen. There's never anyone in the office to call to make a payment, so when your payment is 1 day past due and you cant speak to anyone then they cancell it. I've had this problem with them from the very beginning and they also screwed up the mailing address the first couple of bills which ultimately resulted in my policy being cancelled 2x. My complaint is that I have made repeated attempts to have my mail delivered to the correct mailbox. I live in a rural area where there are several mailboxes in a row. I am repeated getting other peoples mail and they mine. I subscripe to several magazines and do not get a one (i.e. mother earth news, herb companion, hobby farm) to name a few. On 9/8/2008 I called Phoenix Remanufactured Transmission and spoke with Alex. I was looking for a replacement transfer case for my 2001 Chrysler Town & Country.
