Unfortunately, I've not looked closely enough at my AT&T bill. According to Enhanced Services Billing we signed up for it in June 2005. We have NEVER signed up for it. They say we provided consent through a website but are unable to provide any details. We've been paying about $16 per month which works out to be $500. All they've offered is a 2 month credit. Stamps.com obviously has made a fortune on individuals and businesses like mine. It apparently started with a phone pitch which lead an employee without authorization to signed up for a free service trial from Stamps.com. Promised a repayment plan of investment funds over a period of 18 months. When the plan fell apart they sent out refund slips via internet and asked that they be notorized and returned to them. This was done. I am billed on a monthly basis. Based on dates on the bill, it is printed on the first of the month, however based on the date on the postage meter it is not mailed until at least the 6th, 7th or 8th. Not a pvoblem...
