I have asked City Property Management for a hearing in regards to the Aderra Condominiums HOA board to allow my satellite dish to be clamped to my balcony. I used centerforlegalhelp.com to help me file for divorce. It was all done over the phone and e mail. I did what they told me and filed the papers. They were returned to me by the judge because they weren't filled out right and forms were missing. I called the company and they did say they would help me fix it. The guy that helped me called but while I was talking to him he was very rude and yelled at me and called me a ***. All I was doing was trying to go over the papers with him to make sure they were done right this time. I rented a car from U-Save in Bayonne and when I brought the car back accidentally left my brand new laptop in the trunk. A friend of mine drove me back there within a half hour of returning the car and the manager, Milton, was extremely nasty and refused to open the trunk of the car so I could get my laptop and threatened to call the police and tell them I was harassing him. There is another problem relating to mobile phone carriers which your office may or may not be aware of. Verizon charges its customers for unauthorized text message services, and the consumer has no protection against them. I placed an order for a pair of boots about a month and a half ago, and still they have not been received. The post office always sends me slips in the mail if I miss a delivery and so far I have not even gotten the slip from them; so I am to assume that they were never even shipped. My credit card was charged 46 dollars and some change. If they are not going to send the boots I would appreciate a refund. We purchased a home alarm system from APEX in August of 2008. Since then, our sensor has fallen off our door twice. What is even more disturbing, however, is that our alarm has been going off in the middle of the night.
