I used a prepaid WalMart Visa card to pay for SHIPPING & HANDLING fee of $2.95 at this company. In exchange I was supposed to receive a cd explaining the basics of how to get govenment grant information. If I wanted to become a member I would pay an additional fee. Syracuse University offers an online program that is simply a rip-off. The teacher was virtually absent, the content that was tested was far from the content that was taught and if that weren't enough, the teacher was unfair and unethical in her grading process. I tried to address the issues with program administrators and the dean, however it seems that they only care about enrollment and money- not their students. I placed order for 100 veg seed packets on Aug 21. Received order confirmation, then shipping confirmation Sept 23. Did not receive at end of two weeks. I received a Garmin GPS as a gift this am. (retail 199). I wanted to upgrade it and was told the Garmin was purchased at Best Buy. I went to Best Buy today and wanted to upgrade to the $360 Garmin plus add the 4 year care. After they "fixed" it, this self-styled repairer returned my PC, ripping off all expensive parts, including Bluetooth, SIM Card, and Memories. Found 8 months of "Chase Protection Plan" charges on my account that I never signed up for, totaling about $50. I Phone Chase Protection Plan and said I wanted a refund. They said they would investigate and get back to me in four months and that they had my signature on a $20. check which was false. I said check was fraudulent and asked for supervisor after being told refund was impossible. Supervisor agreed to refund the Chase Protection Plan charges. Will they? I have to wait and see. I ordered an iMac from Mac Mall on Sept 18, 08. On Sept 20th I realized I didn't need the order anymore because of a change in my department so I emailed and cancelled the order. I called on September 11, 2008(2nd time with noreturn on her part) to go collect tile I paid in full for on October 1, 2007. Travelers insurance appraises the vehicles that they have to pay for. Their appraisers always value the vehicle very low to keep their costs low. I was only offered 65 percent of nada value on my "above average " vehicle. They take an average vehicle price, then their appraisers nit pick every single flaw on the vehicle to get the value as low as possible. I was shopping for dog food in my local Woodman's market (in Beloit, WI) when I noticed a brand of "natural" dog food I had not seen before. The brand is called Nature's Menu Oven Baked Dog Food with Chicken, Whitefish, and Sweet Potatoes by Evolve. Hired company for my wife's tax problem. Company took my money but never did anything. We have called several times and are given voice mail or a disconnected line. No one has ever called back. We purchased a dishwasher several months ago and it was damaged by RC Willey employees while moving it - broke off the dial. The dishwasher was never fixed and we called numerous times over a two month period. We had to do all the calling since know one called us and since we could not get any resolutions we went elsewhere to purchase a dishwasher and canceled our order, but I did not think this should go without mentioning it. I ordered a trial shipment which was to cost 4.95. A few days later I received a 30 day supply which was charged to my credit card for $89.31. The phone numbers they provide for questions, returns, cancellations, etc. are not working numbers. Also, no address was listed. I have cancelled my credit card however, I must pay the $89.31 charge. This company practices extremely deceptive sales techniques. The place a cookie or some type of spyware on my computer and made it look as if their product would be able to remove it. It created a continous loop on my desktop that did not allow me to remove it or get out of the application without forcing you to purchase the software, thinking this would solve the problem.
