On July 11, 2008 my son (17 years old) purchased a 2000 VW Jetta GLS from Hopkins Automotive in Seaford, Delaware. I met the owner Tom Hopkins personally and he seemed like a quality guy. I never ever send complaints. I called ERS to verify them as a collection agency and explained that I wanted to verify with the bank that this is who they use. Their "debt collector" as she called herself, would not let me get off the phone. Color Brite awning company told me they would paint the awnings in 2-3 weeks in the specified colors. 7-8 weeks later the awnings were finally done but were painted the wrong color. Bought a scooter from this place and the thing is basically slowly falling apart. They made it seem that everything internal would be covered for up to one year and the cosmetic parts exterior would be 6 months now the plastics cracking just from riding it and its only 300 miles on it. Lake charles manufacturing supplies test tubes and other science supplies. They have the worst customer service. I ordered items and expected them within the time it said they would be shipped (3 days ground) they never arrived. I asked where the items were in an email and they (mike) replied in a condescending manner. They do not always respond to requests of information about when items will be shipped. Rather unusual situation, they are unable to furnish a good connection with Europe (Italy and France), and after 50 e-mails, being called on weekends at 7 am by their technical reps and kept on the phone for 1/2 hr to allow them to "fix the problem", after having had my parents called in the middle of the night "to check", they finally say "we are unable to perform", no ciontraectual obligations on my side, just plain inability to furnish a good connection on theirs. Never ever buy Sirius Radio's life time membership. Once bought you don't exist. I payed $594 and have never received any service from them. For some reason my password will not access their internet radio - and they don't care - because they have my money. I have spoken several times to their customer no service and it's always "we will get back with you" but they never do. The unit is in a motorhome so it is only available when traveling and right now we are stuck at home. We were looking forward to using the internet radio but they won't turn it on for us. I bought a recliner/rocker in April. I did not get the right chair. I could not get back into the store until the 1st part of June. At that time I was told it was to late. I should have come in within 30 days. This really is not right. I should have been given the right chair in the first place. You are only capable of canceling via phone; however, even if you do cancel, they will continue to charge you, reportedly until you have the bank change your account information. They have blatantly continued to scam customers for years, and pay individuals to populate websites with bogus positive reviews in order to generate business. Lalos Mexican Restaurant of Aurora, Illinois is a disease-infested dump. I went there to eat dinner back in July and one of their cooks was in the mens room with explosive diarreah and did NOT wash his hands when he left the bathroom. Lvnv funding is suing me for $909.19 plus court cost because of an old debt they purchased for pennies, the original amount was $498. I tried to pay this debt when I first found out it had been turned over to a collection agency, but they just talked down to me.
