We purchased a LG bottom mount French door refrigerator in 2005 we also bought a 5 year extended warranty for the fridge. There is a 3 year lemon policy. On Sept 21, 2008, I was on my way to Madison and stopped at the KFC Taco Bell drive thru. I ordered a large mashed potato and gravy- a T 7 with soft shell tacos and a root beer, and a popcorn chicken meal with wedges and a sprite. This location is Ahwatukee has extremely high pricing for identical services, so they are clearly gouging in a business where some customers may not be frequent enough to know the difference. I was sent an invoice by Scholastic Inc, for a beginning readers program that I did not authorize. I sent the bill back marked Return to Sender, did not order, thinking that there must be some mix up, my child is twenty and yes he can read. They have since sent the bill to a collection agency RMCB. I feel that this is an unjust practice. A Large Party of 15 that had 7pm reservations for a birthday party was made to wait until 8:15 before getting our reserved table. After squishing into a booth and having to pull over an extra table ourselves, our food orders were messed up and people were charged for items that they either did not order or never received. The last three months I have had large pay per click bills with a reduced or no calls for weeks at a time. The click charges were only 59% to 75% of my budget last year but now with little or no phone calls the budget is exceeded each month now. I ordered a sample bottle for shipping and handling charges only of $3.95 to my credit card, and within two weeks they billed me $89.31 for a full bottle, saying that because I didn't call with 14 days I was obligated to pay for this bottle and they didn't accept returns. I ordered the trial sample, tried it for 5 days, and then 3 days later I recieved a bottle of it again. No other info was included in the package. I never ordered it, and have no way of cancelling it or of returning the unwanted supply. The original charge was for 4.87, and the second charge to my card is for 76.42. My family & I have stayed at the Polynesian Resort WDW on 3 consecutive years including 2008. We have stayed at this resort on 7 occasions. Since Disney has introduced a meal plan dealwhereby guests save money on meals during their stay, the Polynesian Resort has become crowded! These people are ripoff artisits. They call from another listing on your property anc claim to have sold it. They need a retainer for the SALE and they fax you a "Modified contract" which doesn't even list the correct address (Whitehall PA) and when you get the Paperwork to mail back, it is just a listing and you can't get your money back because they waited until after the 10 day return peroid before they sent the paperwork. THIS IS FRAUD!!! Hang up on them. I know that you like me, really want to sell your timeshare but THESE PEOPLE are a BIG rip off. I just received what looks like pirated copies of "The love Boat collection". There are 19 dvds that look like they were straight off the television.
