Touchstonecatalog.com was the online company. We ordered two pet condos in espresso finish. Each took about an hour to assemble. When we got to the last piece of the product to assemble, which is the table top that is visible to all, both pieces had damaged corners. The second condo did not assemble well, and the door does not close properly. Our call to customer service was not handled well. We got a quote from Stanley Steemer that I thought was a bit high, but went along with it. They showed up on time and started working, but after they would finish a room they would inform us that it was going to cost extra. My first impression of All Care Dental was the strip mall feel and the dirty lobby. I didn't think they were there long enough to have a dirty lobby. The wait was ridiculous. The staff was in party mode the whole time. I do not think they should not enjoy being at work, but they were wheeling each other around on office chairs. I have a set of stack-able Quiet Glide Craftsman Toolboxes. I had them for about a year and really only put them through light use. They sit in my utility room and store all my tools. Cresent Bank & Trust repossessed my car over one payment. When I called to get info to pay, the agent told me I owed $1, 028! My car payment is only $288.00 late fee included. These guys are all over Florida. My roof leaked in places it hadn't leaked before they worked on it. After a couple years of problems they said the warranty expired. Mind you they job was never done right and though they did come back a couple times it was only after repeated phone calls. My new roofer had to tear out all their work and start again. This is the biggest rip off Furniture Store in the State of Massachusetts. They do not return calls, they lie through their teeth. You never get all of your furniture delivered at one time. I just recently tried the Brite-Smile product and the results were absolutely fabulous! Unlike what I had heard, there was virtually NO sensitivity! LVNV funding is suing me for $909.19 plus court cost because of an old debt they purchased for pennies, the original amount was $498. I tried to pay this debt when I first found out it had been turned over to a collections agency, but they just talk down to me. LVNV funding is taking advantage of people, especially in today's economy, their paying pennies and collecting dollars, this doesn't seem right. I purchased a GPS system which I returned with insurance. I waited 1 month to be reimbursed and when I wasn't I called and they told me to track the package if it was insured and fax them the tracking information which I did that stated it was received in Atlanta Georgia two weeks after I mailed it. I asked this title company to properly file a 1099 after the sale of a Real Estate Transaction through them. They sent a 1099 to the IRS with an amount higher than I actually received and could not simply divide the total by 3 from the beginning to show the correct amount.
