This Company ripped me off for $1000.00 wit hthe tactic of tell me what I wanted to hear to close the deal, then they quiclely changed their tune. Also, they get your money before you sign a contract, and they have in their contract that you have to give them 90 days to respond to your complaint. I saw an add for this green tea on Facebook and placed an order for a $4.95 sample. I was called to see if I wanted to extend to a monthly service, which I declined. I just checked my credit card statement and found 3 charges in one month for $69.87. I phoned American Express who is responding directly to the company and refusing the charges though they can't guarantee that additional charges may be put through. This company is a complete fraud. This company is connected in some way, with the Grant Search or Grant Research coorporations. They have been repeatedly charging me amunts from $9.95 to $49.50 a month. One of the companies I called, said that it was a monthly fee that was incurred because I did not notify them to cancel after the 7 or 10 day trial. HELLO! I never read anything that said this was a trial fee and that I would be charged additionally afterwards. Although I have cancelled all future charges and closed the account, I think I still lost a substantial amount of money. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Oasis washer and dryer in July 2007. My washer was beeping the other day and it would not work. Sears sends a repair guy who spent 2 hours installing a sensor and another part. THen he spent 1/2 hour in his truck in my driveway (all the while I am missing hours at work). He then told me it was the motor that needed replaced and my total bill at this point is $621. My washer is only 14 months old! This is ridiculous! After three years of the fed ex driver driving 10-15 miles over the speed limit in our development and tearing up our driveway by flying up it (its dirt), we are fed up! Then to top it off, a friends dog is hit and killed by another fed ex driver. What is going on??? Do we not value human or pet life anymore? Is "getting it there on time" really more important??? In July I requested a sample of their product for the cost of shipping. I received another month's supply and sent it back. There was no bill included with the shipment. However I was billed $89.31 to my credit card on 8/19. I contacted my credit card company about the charge and noticed another charge had been made on 9/18. Just as above, I never give door-to-door salesman the time of day, but this was a very personable young man who, for his "sales credits" talked me into buying more than I originally wanted, my check got deposited fast and no magazines.
