I am also upset with this company. I found the customer service number (800-777-4034) When I called I got some woman that sounded like she had just had throat surgery... I had to have her repeat every sentence. According to them, they shipped my order on Sept 18th... that is one day short of a month of when I ordered it. I ordered flowers on Sept.18, 2008 for my sisters visitation and funeral. They were not delivered for visitation on Sept. 19. We bought a Sealy Element II. We turned it every week as recommended. The springs did not seem to be of the same gauge - I know it was supposed to have 5 "body zones" but there was no continuity across each zone - Four months later it was sagging in the middle, the foam seemed to be squirting off the sides and we were both uncomfortable. Framingsupplies.com misleads customers on their website by listing items (framing glass, for example) at a very reasonable rate. They have no method of ordering this product online and they insist you call them. They do not have an order service so you have to talk to them during the hours they are open. I recently stayed at the Hyatt Airport hotel in Orlando, FL. A few days after getting home the charges went through. The bill was $812.52 and should have been $715.52. I purchased a package of products from Theraplay/Playaway Toys for my autistic son. Two months later, I still haven't received everything and calls to the company fall on deaf ears. They promise that someone will call me back regarding the status of the order but they never do. They are now being evasive when asked about who's in charge and how they can be reached. They've basically stolen my money and they apparently don't care. Families with disabilities are being taken advantage of by this company. I requested a quote from Blatt Billiards to install my snooker table. A service technician saw the table, and took the pockets, rails and cloth to work up the final quote. Before I received the quote, they charged my credit card. Upon review of the quote, it was too expensive. I placed an order Nov. 10, 2007 for $47 worth of marine equipment. Order # 3097686 / Included two containers of Carbon Free gas additive and one pump for lubricant to the lower unit of the boat motor. Sheetz gas station store # 85 in Waynesboro, PA. has a non-working automatic shutoff valve on one of their gas pumps. This is in direct violation of federal law!!! It is absolutely a major hazard. This agency is a sham operation. They specialize in trafficking young international women as au pairs and placing them in U.S. homes for childcare. They are not trained or experienced to do so.
