In early June 2008, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter. Shipment was sent. I was encouraged to join the the bloomsreward connection for $9.95 a month. My mother went to Brides by Demetrios in Youngstown, Ohio on July 12th to look for a dress to wear to her grandson's wedding on July 26th. My mother can't drive so my father accompanied her. This company is a rip-off. Tried to send back the luminess airbrush before the end of the 30 day trial, they refused it and sent it back. When I called them to find out why they said it didn't matter since it was now past the 30 days. They have continued to try to make debits on my credit card and threaten collections. The phone number at collections does not actually connect you with anyone and the customer service line does not work (get a not valid number recording). After buying and having my car serviced at Elmhurst Toyota for 5-years, I was amazed at what happened last Saturday. I cracked my driver's side mirror; not the casing or motor, just the mirror. I hired Miller Cleaning Inc. of Lincoln, NE to clean my home and paid in advance for 1 year to get a lower per visit rate ($1880-not cheap!). Devon Energy tears up roads and has Roger's construction to hire paving contractor's and then only pays the paving contractor half of what the job is worth, Then when you call Devon energy they don't respond and all Rogers does is blame it on Devon. They say Devon only wanted to fix the road half way right and they won't pay us for any extra work done so how can we pay you. You can complain to the FCC online. They ripped me off as well. The only way to get the money back is to fill out FCC 2000F form online. Just threaten the company with the complaint to get the refund. Fill the form out anyway they need to be stopped. Even after you stop Orbit they may bill it through ESBI or if they are billing you Orbit Telecom may bill you directly. It may take a few months to get it strait. It seems that they are selling water mixing it with a couple of drops of whatever it is. I sent them over five e-mails asking for a refund and I never heard from them. I purchased a pom puppy from Cheryl & Carrie Boettger. I was told the puppy was 12 wks od when she was 8wks; told she weighed 15oz the evening before she was shipped. I ordered phone service thru ATT a few weeks ago with an install date for 9/2. I was not initially given a window of time and was basically told it was anytime in the day. I took off work and spent the day home waiting for them. I called in to ATT a number of times and the automated machine kept hanging up on me. I unknowingly got signed up with this company in January 2007, I think after I bought Hydroxatone wrinkle cream (another rip-off story).
