I hate that I ever signed up for a membership with this gym. Not only is the staff rude, they are liars. On 9/4/07, I called the gym to speak with the manager regarding my membership. I was told that the manager was on the other line and I could hold for him (J.J). I took my friend there for his birthday. We got there around six o'clock or so. I waited at the table for the waitress to ask us what we wanted to drink. She was no where to be seen. On 11/1/2006 Comcast came to my home to "verify" that I do not have DVR for which they were charging me for suddenly. My bill was corrected and remained that way until May of 2007 when I started being billed for DVR again. I just came in from discovering more leaks in the plumbing of my spa. My tub has had one problem or another for more than 50% of the time. I downloaded cyberdefender from a freeware site (yea- I know, you get what you pay for). I ran it and it found LOTS of problems that Windows LiveCare didn't. Simmons, what a joke!! They do not honor their warranty. My top of the line Exceptional mattress failed in less than a year with two trough like depressions where we lay. This was deemed "normal compression" by Simmons. I am told the more plush and expensive the mattress, the more likely this is to occur... it is conforming to our bodies. Mr. Halliday had entered a forced mediation without any clue as to what the plaintiff was arguing. He tried to extend the mediation because his client refused to be served and he had not performed any "due diligence". He is so clueless that his response to the plaintiff actually supported their argument!!! OH MY WORD! How is this company still even alive? My washing broke in the beginning of JUNE. Rang Service UK who sent out an engineer within three days. My partner had to take a holiday from work for this but the engineer didn't turn up till yes you guessed it 6.00pm - total waste of time!
