EWH Trucking Inc
They do not deliver on time. They do not budget there fuel properly and had to ask for twice what we had agreed to. Then they threatened to not deliver after I told them that I was unhappy with the way they a conducting business, their drivers are rude and do not care about your product. They set the temps wrong on three of my loads. I will never use this company again. I urge anyone who wants there freight delivered on time and in good condition to use another trucking company. I will do everything I can to keep trucking companies like this one from hurting the reputations of brokers. read full review »
Korean Air
I want to let potential Korean Air customers know that the company cancels your whole reservation in case of no-show for any leg of the trip. Then, if you try to use any other part of your ticket, they tell you - at the airport counter! - That your whole reservation has been cancelled (used and unused part) and you have to buy another set of tickets.
That is - no changing-date fine, charge, nothing - you essentially buy the same tickets again.

Window World
We hired Window World of St. Louis to remove and install 13 windows. First they showed up 4 hours late, then rushed to get the job done while it rained outside. They kicked out the old windows, not putting drop cloths down inside. In our spare bedroom, they did put a drop cloth down, but managed to severely scrape our newly-finished hardwood floor. There is still caulk on our kitchen cabinets, and the stickers still remain on our windows. They did not clean at all.

Serta Mattress Company
I have 2nd $1300 pillow top serta king mattress within 1 year. Both formed sinkholes on both sides. Wake up with sore backs. What junk. I am going for my money back or exchange for a good old plain firm mattress. Probably will end up putting this out to the curb, and write it off as a loss. Where do we go from here after 2nd replacement... junk junk serta products stink just like the wet sheep on their products .this seems to be the standard complaint from many people who own this junk. PURCHASED A 12 INCH TASK LIGHT REQUIRING 8 AA BATTERIES.
IN MINIMAL USE OVER A 3 DAY PERIOD, THE BATTERIES HAD RUN DOWN AND THE LIGHT WAS DIM.
RETURNED IT TO HOME DEPOT FOR A REFUND.
WENT TO WALMART AND BOUGHT THE SAME ITEM - IT PERFORMED JUST AS BADLY RUNNING DOWN 8 MORE BATTERIES IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, AT MINIMAL USE.

Bay Area Indian Stores
Most or all of bay area Indian grocery stores carry stale food, especially the "ready to eat" snacks. All the time that I have purchased, I noticed they are always foul smelling, no matter what brand they are. I believe none of these items carry manufacturing dates or "use before" dates. I wonder why nobody is bothered about this? I never use to have this issue back home in India. How come people are so tolerant to these stale food?

My dodge durango had a recall on it due to faulty wiring within the console. Before obtaining my recall notice, my instrument panel does not light up properly, my cd player will not work and neither will my air conditioning unit. I am at an end with my problems due to the dealership that attended to my recall, in which not one of my problems were corrected, are adamant in the fact that the recall has nothing to do with the problems at hand. I recieved a phone call at work. They had a strong Indian accent. Telling me a company had filed legal charges against me. They said they wanted to help me resolve this legal matter. They said they were from the office of Robert Matthew. I didn't pay much attention to them so by Thursday 8-28-08 they started calling me at 5:30 am. I was on my way to work. The room (Rm #205) was old and filthy. The outlets on both sides of the bed didn't work, so I couldn't use my CPAP machine. Room smelled like mildew - causing an asthma attack. Shower didn't work. I am a Soldier on leave (vacation.) I did not choose to take this vacation, but my command wants me to take it before it is taken away by the Army. While on vacation I am expected to call my command every day no later than 6:30 a.m. to account for myself. I have been in the Army for 13 years and was a United States Marine for 4 years prior to the Army. Never, not once, ever have I ever had to account for myself while on leave. Shortly thereafter, I started hearing a popping noise when I turned the steering wheel. I carried the car to Pat Peck to be checked.

Northern Illinois Fence and Fox Valley Fence & Supply Co of 320 W Lincoln Hwy, Cortland, IL 60112, did not complete the installation of the fence promised. Numerous safety, building code, manufactures installation, and cosmetic issues have not been addressed.

We rented cabin #25 for five nights and on the first morning after arriving, we noticed large carpenter ants in the kitchen. I went to the resort office and told the management about the ants and they handed me a can of insect spray and some ant traps and told me "you are in the woods and there are ants in the woods".

We went to Ed from Universal mobile homes after hearing that he had a good deal on manufactured homes. He told us originally that the whole process would take one month once we were approved for the loan. When we were approved and signed all of the papers, we asked if we should give our 30days notice at our apartments since he said it would take only 3-5 weeks until delivery.
