Kwik Kar, Eldorado Pkwy in McKinney. Was told there was a 45 minute wait to get inspection. I let them service it while I waited. $178.99 dollars later for a Brake Fluid Flush and Rear Differential Service, I was told the break & ABS lights were on and it would not pass inspection. I could drive it and it would be okay - but it wouldn't pass inspection. They were not on before I got there. I knew it was something they did or did not do. I purchased the Nike Tiempo Ronaldinho 6 months ago to play soccer only on the weekends. The shoes cost about $150 and I thought that since I'm not going to be playing that much, it was worth the investment. After playing for 6 games or so, the rim on the sole started to come off. After 15 games, the sole just started to rip completely off. Now it flaps around and I am disappointed in purchasing something that cost so much. My family had contracted with the funeral home for services for our loved one. After working with the funeral director, we overheard the office manager speak about us in a very derogative manner and make the comment that we should be charged triple because we were not mormon. I don't think she realized that we were outside of the office near the restrooms and could hear her conversation clearly. During a hard time, I think it is completely inappropriate for that type of behavior and discrimination. While Olshan was working in our house a large sum of money was stolen. The police got good fingerprints, and the prime suspect (an Olshan employee) skipped town. Olshan customer service refused to return calls and was extremely unpleasant once contacted. They will not discuss making restitution. Do NOT allow an Olshan employee into your house! I purchased the Toshiba Satellite Laptop, and since the day of purchase nearly 8 mos ago it has had a problem. I contacted tech support, took it to a local toshiba retailer and finally sent it into them for repair. I was playing my Playstation 3 one night, the power shut off on the system but I still had a red light on the front of the console. I turned it back on and had power for a few minutes and the system shuts down and will not boot back up and no lights on period. I called SCEA ASAP, and notified them of my problem. It dries my skin, rubs off easily and only lasts for 4-5 hours at the most. The powder can be quite messy. The infomercial claims it looks natural and feels weightless, but I found it to be quite the opposite. My skin still looked like I was wearing make-up. It also claims it can cover birthmarks etc, but mine were definitely still noticeable even after using this make-up. Perhaps Sheer Cover works for other people but I was not impressed with it, after all their promises on the TV! It also took ages to finally arrive. The management team then scams the seasonal employees out of thousands of US dollars by illegally reducing hours worked so that the final check is incorrect compared to the hours worked. The ad said try a sample of Acai Pure, free, only pay shipping and handling on first bottle, but at once there was a charge in the amount of 41.85 appeared on my bank account. Moped came with a defective part. Took 2 weeks to get an acknowledgment. Sent the defective part back and six weeks later the wrong part was delivered. It takes days to get anyone to answer the phone, the folks who do answer the phone have no clue about what has been ordered or what to do for repairs.
