This company charges customers in all 50 states "local sale tax" by trying to make you believe they have physical facilities in all 50 states. I live in Alaska and while I seriously doubt they have any facilities in the state, they are charging me Alaska sales tax. Alaska has no sales tax. After informing themy of this fact, they still would not refund me the charge. Several channels were recently removed from regular programming and placed on "available via cable box rental".
