Two months in a row now MNI Credit Reporting Services has been charging an OLD Visa account number held with Bank of America in my name for services. The card number was changed three months before the first transaction so I'm not sure how the company gained access to my OLD accout number. 3 times in consecutive days in June 2008 there were charges of $12.95 and now 2 times in the same day of July 2008 for $12.95 each. I had these poeple out to give us an estimate. Before they would come they insisted that both me and the wife needed to be there. I was about 15 minutes late and the salesman just went off on my wife. This was the first bad sign. After 4 or more years with Bank of America, I was never late, never missed a payment but suddenly get a letter raising my interest rate to 30%. Once I realized this I called them to see if it was a mistake, but it turned out a mistake to call them, they closed my account and forced me into a repayment program, which was a lower rate but also damaged my otherwise great credit standing by closing the account. I was told if I did not close the account they would anyway and then charge me high interest!. Poor management here. Raises are given only to certain empoyees (women). Waitresses never split tips with any other staff. Although the rule book states they should. This is never enforced.
