Laurentel, Inc has billed me for a 800 number that I never ordered. They billed me a set-up fee last month. I called and asked what it was about and they said someone had ordered a personal 800 number for me. I told them I don't need an 800 number and to cancel it. They said they would cancel it and refund all my money. Yesterday, I get my new bill, and Laurentel, Inc has charged another $8.64 for this 800 number and 2 local calls. I purchased a shed to be installed by Lowes contractors on 8/10/07, Total price $1806.21. After installation the floor was weak and now the shed has shifted and the door is hard to open without lefting it up. I have called Lowes, went to Lowes, my son has gone there on a daily basis trying to get this resolved. The Dell Computer Corporation Company is calling my home, everyday, including Saturdays and Sundays. The calls start at 9:00 am and end before 9:00 pm. I find it very annoying and I am surprise at why this is happening as I am listed on the Do Not Call List. Can anybody do something about these harassing calls to my home? This establishment billed my credit cards for services not received. They also over billed me. They billed three different cards three different times. This was all done AFTER I had paid them upon check out. The management was sincere with regret, however, they are the ones who continued to make the billing mistakes. Due to incompentency and safety hazards (oil leaking from heater caused by technicians incompentency, blowing the pump seal (tech. shut the oil supply lines off but did not open them before he turned the pump on and again causing oil spillage and damaging the pump). I purchased a mobile DVD player and had Bestbuy install in my vehicle. One year later it will not accept DVD's. Bestbuy refuses to repair because its out of warranty. Insignia refuses to make good or to repair at my costs. I received a bill from MPU in August 2008 saying that they haven't received a payment from me since June of 08. I called them and said that I just paid for my most recent bill at the end of July. Both Dishnetwork and Direct TV force subscribers in the South East part of OHIO to watch WV programming. Why on earth would anyone in OHIO care about what is going on in WV as far as local news? Both claim they cannot provide OHIO programming in our area when in fact it's a total lie. Ordered and recieved 2 kids quads partially assembled. One had no directions to finish putting together. The second had a hole in the gas tank which was only found after a gallon of gas leaked out on my back porch. Customer service was very slow and verbally rude and impatient. I purchased a Duel Fuel Range (plus a refrigerator) less than a year ago. Not only did it smear horribly no matter what I used but paint started coming off especially around one burner, getting bigger and bigger, literally to the metal, everytime I wiped. FreeRingers.net is a total scam. Their pages say they have all these free ringers, screen savers and wallpapers you can download. AFTER you pay you can look thru their free download files but what you find when you click on a genre is that there are NO files. THEN they try to tell you that in over 50 places on its website it tells you that you have to have your own CD's, MP3's etc that you download to their system and then they send it out as a ringer. I was in your quiznos the other day during lunch time, When i was trying to order the people were having a conversation with each other and seemed disinterested with taking my order. finally i got to order and when i received my food it was ice cold, the cheese was barley melted, and the sandwich was not even toasted. I asked to talk to the manager and a very skinny lady came out with an attitude saying "What is the problem now." I explained to her how my food was cold and she refused to give me a refund. i went to get my oil change on 5-06-08 and about a month and a half later the brakes started to seem like they needed to be replaced so i took it in and the guys had it up on the lift for 3 minutes and asked where i had the oil changed last the "trained tech." at valvoline had put windshield washer fluid in my brake fluid which has distroyed my braking system and now i have to replace everything at a cost of 3200.00 for my 2003 jaguar xtype so a $70 oilchange turned into a lot more due to there negligence and now valvoline is refusing any responsiblity for anything without even looking under the hood. read full review »

The quality of their murals is really low. They honored my return, but it costs $10 to return, they do not refund the original shipping (another $10) and charge a 20% restocking fee (another $10). On Aug. 23, 2008, I purchased slacks. When I returned home I discovered the store had mis-sized the product. They were too big. When I returned the pants on Aug. 26, 2008, they informed me that the slacks had gone on sale and they returned the sale price, not the purchase price.
