But my experience is that I never get the bill before the discount eligible date, though I can pay it. I received a little notice from Target National Bank informing me that they were going to raise my rate to 18.9. It has been 15.9. Now this may not seem like much but it is for no reason at all. I have always paid on time... never ever late. I have always paid over the minimum. I am writing this to inform others to check their interest rates. I purchased a sword set for my 17 year old son on warhammer direct.com in April of 2008. The money was taken out of my bank acct 4 days later. After much thinking I decided to cancel the order about 3wks later. I waited the 2 billing cycles that they said it could take to get a refund and still no money.
