There is only one CVS store in Centreville, VA. The one on Pickwick road. This phramacy has a whole range of problems. From lack of customer service, to employees that can't help you find an item, and they even just tell you anything just to get rid of you (called blow you off). I have basically learned that when I go in there, that I'm intelligent and I can find it myself. But they will help me check out my purchases and even ask for that obxious CVS care card. I did not renew on-star on my 2005 GM Vehicle, however they have charged over 460.00 to my bank account, I have called them, we sold the vehicle in Feb. of 2008 and charges have been charged to my account since Feb to date. Recent vacation at the beach ended up in numerous complaints to management. The following is an example of what I endured... My room was on the 2nd floor which appeared to be "kiddieland". This entire purchase has been a nightmare. They damaged the doorframe bringing in the refrigerator, one man came to install the microwave and dented the vent(chipped the cabinet, also), the control panel on the microwave never was right and it took THREE months to get a new one, the person that installed the dishwasher left the hose too long and when another person came to fix that-he broke the soap dispenser! I ordered an expensive item online at www.microcenter.com and after several hours, no e-mail acknowledgment of order was received. I called store and was told a salesperson would call me back. Salesperson, to their credit, was able to place item on 24hr hold. Next day, still no e-mail from online store, however I was able to pay for and pickup product. The caller ID only showed a 9 digit number. I hung up as soon as I realized the call was a recording offering a carpet cleaning service so I do not know the name of the company. I purchased an almost $3, 000 leather reclining sofa and chair & 1/2 from La Z Boy exactly a year ago. After 6 months there was noticeable wear and chaffing of the leather on the seat cushions. They came out and replaced the seats, then shortly after the seat started showing wear and chaffing on the chair (that was used less). They replaced that. Had surgery at St Francis Mooresville campus on 12/11/06. After "numerous" phone calls from myself to the hospital to obtain a "correct" bill, I finally received an accurate billing statement dated 1/1/08. I purchased a battery for my Dell computer. It failed within a few months and they sent me a replacement (after numerous efforts to reach them went unanswered). That battery failed within a few weeks. They promised a refund when we sent that one back but instead they sent another battery! That one also failed immediately. There is a crack on my Sterling (same company with Kohler) bathtub I bought from Lowe's.
