This company is so indifferent regarding to their rebate policy. I have submitted two rebate forms, one has been denied due to not submitting "original or copy of the sales receipt" (I am 100% sure that I had sent it) and the other rebate form has processed but I didn't receive any checks. The owner Ro Pettiner charged me for photo shoots, training and comp cards. The breakdown on the cost, 750.00 for each photo shoot, 300.00 for comp cards the rest training. Despite having told Circle Glass to please hold it because I couldn't pick up very soon, they DISCARDED my glass tabletop without speaking to me(or, as I suspect, sold it-like the smaller tabletop just like it there for $200). I did NOT receive a phone message that it was about to be 'thrown out' although my name and phone # were written right on the glass. The dates range from August of 2005 through January of 2008. Mr. Benson has failed to finish the repairs and replacements to the guest bath he was contracted to complete back in August of 2005. I bought toyota camry from this dealership. it was a used car with no warranty - but what they did was just sell the car to me after a car wash it seems. Because the car had engine light on within 3 weeks and I got to know that the dealership already knew about that as the error code waw written at the top of the engine. I have tried to search the BBB for this particular company but cannot find it. Where can a formal complaint should be filed? Also, the provider should also reported - how can they let an external billing charge be included in their bill unless they have are in collusion with these company? I bought a Christmas present at target which cost $150. I started shopping early in September and noticed that they have a 90 day return policy. I understand this so I am not requesting a refund just a store credit. I was told that they will do nothing. The item is unopened and they still sell the product. I went to them to have my computer memory replaced and upgraded. The technician was rude. He also smelled like alcolo. He wanted to take advantage of me: he thought I did not know anything about computers, so he replaced my memory with low grade one. To Whom It May Concern: We recently purchased a mattress from Boscov that we feel is defective. It has a weak spot on one side and a ridge down the middle. We complained to customer service and a person came out to inspect the mattress. The person who came out to see it acknowledged the weak area, but Boscov claims it is within manufacturer's specs and refuses to exchange or replace it. I cannot sleep comfortably on the mattress and cannot believe that the ridge down the center and the irregularities in firmness across the surface are up to any standard of quality.
