I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and Michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. I took it again and one service writer said it was parked too long and another said there was a recall on the shaft system for the 2003 models. I have a Sony Vaio computer that had a power problem consistent with a recall they published online. After speaking with numerous Sony reps and going through their troubleshooting steps, we confirmed the failure and could not fix it. We also confirmed that it fell within their recall. I am having the same problem with this site as every one else. I signed up in May did all of the dumb '2-3 sentences on this site' crap, never got a 1 survey. In June, I went to the site and it said inactive for 45 days so I just waited till July to reapply. In July I did all of them again----the same ones I did in May. I have brought my car in on multiple occassions to be fixed for the same issues on the GMPP that was purchased through the Findlay Chevrolet dealership. Findlay refused to work on the car anymore because they were not fixing the issues. We took the car to Desert Pontiac and continue with the same problems with the car going in and coming out. My friends and I enjoy going to Taco Tuesday nights...but the waitresses there are horrible. So is the manager. I have never seen such slow service. The waitresses are all ditzy. They get our orders wrong all the time, never bring us refills, and never check on us to see how we are doing. I bought a used car with low miles from a neighbor, who had purchased the car new. The car had every service performed at Quail Springs Goodyear since new, with documentation to prove it. I was verbally assaulted by a store employee when I entered with my service animal and refused to give them my name, address, phone, and disability in writing. I was further refused service and made to leave under threatening of police involvement. I'm still shaken by this and have been informed by the one who was yelling at me that this is store policy. My aunt who is very ill, was sold a hospitalization "membership" from CDBA.
