I attempted to claim the $25.00 gift card at www.valueplusonline.com web site, however was directed to Complaints Board web site. I recieved a letter in the mail claiming I had signed up for their membership to save in online coupons. This is not true. I have no reason to do so as I am not a coupon user. I did call the phone number on the letter( 1 888 833 7279 ) to cancel the membership. I spoke to two different people. Only one of them gave me a confirmation number for the cancellation. They offered me a line of credit to help rebuild my credit, and said they would deposit money into my bank account(wich they already had information on) instead they pulled out the money, put my account in the negative. when I called the company, a lady named Catherine played a recording back to me, my voice, And the man that called me, his voice, They just fix this recording to make it look like, you agree to everything. Use any other authorized repair service but this one (owned by Sears Robuck)!!! A very rude A&E representative quoted me by phone $65 for a service call for my leaking Whirlpool washer, which included diagnosing the problem and telling me what was wrong. The DJ company did not live up to its Services. I received a phone call from Galaxy telling me I had been chosen to receive a $50 gas card, just for using my credit card, and ultimately after a 20 minute phone call, I was told I had to accept the terms of also receiving or signing up for a supplemental medical and dental coverage, of which I immediately said I did not want. I received my debit card bank statement, and had a 82.49 charge from AFNI Inc-Trust along with a reference number. I did not even know what this was, so I contacted the bank. The bank stated that the charge went through, and that I would have to contact the company in Bloomington, Ill. This company does not have a number or site address for me to contact them. When I joined with AT&T, they told me the rates to call to India, which was less than $0.40/minute. We made some calls and when the bill came, the rate was $7.00/minute. The same day I called the customer service and complained. I have never in my life had to deal with such a crummy business. They seemed so great in the beginning...until you have to file a claim. It took them three weeks to give me a check to fix my vehicle. Three weeks of having to pay to rent a car. Not only that, the police report filed clearly states both drivers were following law, it was just a chance happening and horrible weather that caused the accident...yet somehow I ended up being at fault. Drive Financial charged my daughter 20,000 for a 8000 car. Called me and family members repeatedly when payments were late. The reps need to be trained properly in customer service skills. When my daughter could no longer afford the high payment. They even lost a couple of her payments. I personally called them to pick there car up. They took exactly 5 months to pick up car. I am complaining, because the store manager of the Express at the Sunrise Mall location was out of line, very disrespectful, and in fewer or more words, was a nut case. This company runs ads on the Television and Radio that they have affordable health insurance. They make a point of having affordable premiums. I have had health insurance with this Company since 2002, before that we were with Mega Life which has the exact same address. They require you to join an Alliance for Affordable Services that is over $200.00 a year.
