I ordered a FREE sample of the product and returned it when I noticed it was not what I was looking for. I have continued to receive new bottles of the stuff for about $50 dollars a month. This after writing the company via certified mail requesting they no longer send any more bottles and returning what I already had. I found a charge on my checking account for $39.95 from a company that I had never heard of. I looked into past months to see if there were additional charges. I bought a $65 jersey from Finish Line, my daughter wore it 2 times and it was washed 2 times, the second time it was washed the logo fell off in the wash. we returned it to Finish Line and they told us they would not refund nor exchange the jersey because it had been washed (which is where it fell apart). I've had the tires for about 2 years, and in the past few months noticed a chugging feeling when I'd be driving in idle (no gas or brake applied) through a parking lot. It wasn't noticable though at high speeds. I asked about it when I had the oil changed and tires rotated, and the technician at the Goodyear Service center told me that there was a definite "bounce" in the tire, and that it was made worse when he rotated the tires. Raymond Tire Shop in Dorchester, MA sold me a used tire for $40.00. After driving for a week the tired blew up while I was driving on the expressway. When I brought the tire back to them and informed them of what happened they said that I would have to buy another tire because I should not have driven on it if the tire was getting a flat. I was out of $40.00 and had to go somewhere else and buy another tire. They refused to work with me seeing that I only got a weeks worth out of it. Very disappointed. Bad customer service. We switched to Verizon cell service at the end on November. Our first bill showed a charge for a school district tax for a district that is several miles from our residence. I placed an order with Vitacost.com on Feb 04, 2008. I called many times and was told that my order was in the warehouse and ready to ship. On Feb 12, I finally was allowed to talk to a supervisor. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my order and that it would ship that day via UPS 2nd day air. We bought a Sears Kenmore Oven about five years ago. Today, I turned the oven on to preheat so I could bake cookies. After baking the cookies at 370 F, I turned off the oven. After few minutes, I opened the oven to remove the cookies and realized that the top heating element was red hot with the oven very hot and the cookies burned out. The only way to get the coil to stop heating was to unplug the oven from the outlet. This has happened a couple of times. When I contacted Sears I got no response since I did not have warranty.
